i never do 5 star ratings for my first time....the prices are fare but i could never afford them and luckily i had a coupon to get my car worked on and this group of people who worked today helped me hey my car feeling better then ever tbh. they even died me the lending of the oil to ensure that it was right to level!!

I visited the Valvoline at Eastern &b-town and it had a 45 minute wait, so I drove 5 minutes down Bardstown Road to Trevillian, and was seen immediately by a team of friendly, efficient, diverse folks! I made an excellent Monday choice. Connor, Destiny, Andrew, and the guy with the headphones were all very professional, quick, and there was no pressure to buy anything extra. They scanned my barcode, confirmed my choices, and I was in and out in 15 minutes. And on my 2014 F-150, I can tell you, I really can feel the difference with the full synthetic over 200K. I checked with the staff, and they are chronically underwhelmed, while the other location is always busy. PRO LIFE TIP: drive down the street and save time.

The technicians kept me informed every step of the way, and even showed me my oil level when they were finished. They were extremely professional and kind. They also seem to be very knowledgeable about vehicles.

The best experience I have ever had at any sort of auto body shop! Bill took great care of me and everyone explain what they were doing and why. Will definitely come back here, very very happy about finding this place.

Man I always dread going in to getting my oil changed. Why I don’t know… maybe it’s because I’m always getting pressured into getting the most expensive everything. These guys were just great, I’ll certainly be back that’s for sure 👍!!!!
