Hannah and Maxwell were absolutely great. Super friendly, smiles on their faces as if they actually enjoyed what they were doing and who they were helping. Wait time under 10 min and did change with ease. Thank you guys for helping me get right before my Thanksgiving travels!

I never waited so long for an oil change when pulling directly into the bay. There was at least 5 workers. Everyone seemed confused, like they weren't sure what their responsibilities were moving super slow. I've had good experiences here before but this shift was not the A team. I had to ask to get my tires checked while coworkers chatted and joked together. They would not have filled them if i didn't ask. Overall unpleasant experience.

A very bad place, and he does not take responsibility for his actions. They caused an accident with my car because of their recklessness. When I went back and explained to them their mistake, they told me that it did not concern them. This is the last place I will enter again.

Amazing experience! The manager Justin and all the employees were very knowledgeable & helpful! This is my first time at this location off Breckenridge but i will definitely be back at this location. The employees kept me informed of the whole process and helped to set up service notifications on my car. 10/10 would recommend this location!!

The store was just very busy the day I was there. Which is to be expected but the wait and service took a bit longer than one would want or expect at this type of place. It was okay just longer than I prefer. The service was 4-5 stars still.

Update: I sent the email, and I got a message blocked response. I went on 7/20/24 around 5pm to get a quick oil change. I have never had a bad experience but yesterday I felt something was odd. I didn't feel welcome by the two young girls that received me, to the point that one of them (she had green highlights in her hair) asked if I spoke Spanish and transferred me to another Spanish speaker worker (Luis). Luis was great and gave me a great service. But I just felt that the situation with the girl was a bit xenophobic or she just wanted to not work and go home. Regardless, I am Hispanic and I speak Spanish but I am an American citizen too and I am fluent in English, and I did not request for a Spanish speaker. I have the feeling that they do this all the time to Luis, out of laziness or who knows why. I am not the person that usually writes hate reviews but I feel that I needed to report this one.

I was hesitant to come to this location after having a bad time at another valvoline, but the workers here were great! Luis was very nice and friendly, and I’ll definitely be coming back here in the future.

Started coming here after multiple horrible experiences with the Jeffersonville Indiana location. 100% worth the drive. The crew works fast and they’re clearly educated on the job, and properly trained. I have never had a bad experience here. I’ve had issues with my vehicle pointed out to me that I was unaware of, and even been told cheap places to go get it fixed(things they don’t do at Valvoline). And they never pressure me to buy things I don’t want. They do what you ask, and do it quick. They’ll inform you of issues but aren’t pushy. This is by far the best group to go to, and I won’t go anywhere else again.
