Usually go to the Elizabethtown location. Today I used the Taylorsville Road Location in Louisville. The crew there working has a serious morale issue among each other and towards the customers. They were asking each other questions and debating on if it is right or wrong and then ultimately was shrugging their shoulders at the issues. Serious people problem and appears to be training issues. I think I’ll stick to Elizabethtown because they know how to treat each other, their customers, and have a good knowledge on the cars they are servicing .

I really hope someone reads this review from Valvoline and tries to Correct the situation soon…. On November 9, 2024, an incident occurred during which Jordan inadvertently damaged my hubcap cover while inflating my tires. I contacted Valvoline regarding the damages, and they have agreed to cover the costs. I was provided with a customer service case number and the contact details for Maxwell White, the manager at that location. Maxwell informed me that the replacement part would be delivered by December 18, 2024. Despite reaching out to Maxwell via email on three separate occasions regarding this matter, I did not receive a response. Consequently, I contacted the corporate office, where I spoke with Mike. He informed me that Maxwell placed the order for the replacement part on December 19, 2024, which is unfortunately one day after the promised delivery date. Additionally, during my boyfriend's visit to the same location, his oil cap went missing. In order to rectify the situation, I had to purchase a replacement oil cap from AutoZone and deliver it to the Valvoline location, as the staff were unable to provide a resolution at the time. Given these experiences, I would recommend seeking oil change services from a more reliable provider than Valvoline.

A very bad place, and he does not take responsibility for his actions. They caused an accident with my car because of their recklessness. When I went back and explained to them their mistake, they told me that it did not concern them. This is the last place I will enter again.

Hannah and Maxwell were absolutely great. Super friendly, smiles on their faces as if they actually enjoyed what they were doing and who they were helping. Wait time under 10 min and did change with ease. Thank you guys for helping me get right before my Thanksgiving travels!

I never waited so long for an oil change when pulling directly into the bay. There was at least 5 workers. Everyone seemed confused, like they weren't sure what their responsibilities were moving super slow. I've had good experiences here before but this shift was not the A team. I had to ask to get my tires checked while coworkers chatted and joked together. They would not have filled them if i didn't ask. Overall unpleasant experience.

Amazing experience! The manager Justin and all the employees were very knowledgeable & helpful! This is my first time at this location off Breckenridge but i will definitely be back at this location. The employees kept me informed of the whole process and helped to set up service notifications on my car. 10/10 would recommend this location!!

The store was just very busy the day I was there. Which is to be expected but the wait and service took a bit longer than one would want or expect at this type of place. It was okay just longer than I prefer. The service was 4-5 stars still.
