I’ve Been waiting for over a month for a reply from corporate about the engine you destroyed and I had to have replaced this is the most unprofessional service center ever you all have made life so difficult for me and my children since before thanksgiving this is unacceptable and very disappointing to have an oil change and then have no vehicle because of your negligence thank you from me and my family for making this the worst experience ever just except responsibility for your actions it’s pretty simple to do so

They were so incredibly kind and patient with me when I came for an oil change. They told me how to get the best deals & coupons and explained every service with expertise. I don't know anything about cars, and this kind of chore brings me a lot of anxiety. They made it so easy. I'd highly recommend this location.

My wife stopped in for a routine oil change at the 8601 Citadel Way (Stony Brook) location and they got halfway through the oil change and realized they didn't have the right filter to finish. They sent her to the 3820 S Hurstbourne Pkwy store and they started over and completed the oil change. Wife comes home parks in the driveway and goes about her day only to come out later to a pool of oil. She returned and the store and they "fixed" it for her and refunded her money. However ever since we've had a slow drip in the garage. I just took the car to the shop today and they said the oil pan was over tightened which cracked it causing the leak. $600 repair (and another oil change two weeks after the last). Thanks Valvoline for that lovely repair bill. We've never had a single drip of oil before this visit. What a joke of an experience this was. This four car family will finding a new place to give our business to. This was a multi-store incident so this will be posted at both places because I can't pinpoint which store deserves the blame if not both.

Great experience today getting my oil changed. Very short wait and everything was done smoothly. Process was easily done but not rushed. They answered all my questions and honored my coupon. Different services were offered for my car buy I was just getting an oil change for the next trip.

I took my daughter‘s2012 Kia Sedona Van to this Valvoline Center on June 20, 2024. They were fast and I assumed they knew what they were doing. The van sat in the garage for 4 days before she drove it. When she moved it on June 24, 2024, there was a huge puddle of oil underneath. I called this shop and told them and said I was bringing it back. Something was wrong. We didn’t have an oil leak before. My daughter took it back. They looked at it and said we had a leak around the transmission seal. It was not an oil leak. I know the difference between oil and transmission fluid. So I took it to my mechanic. There was oil blown all over the underside . The oil was 1/2 quart low and the transmission fluid level was normal. So they cleaned the underside completely. So they could determine where the oil was coming from. They saw that oil was dripping from the oil filter. They replaced the oil filter. They drove it and ran it, checking for leaks. It was dry. Long story short, it was an oil leak from an oil filter that This Valvoline Center just replaced. The thing that concerns me the most is they can’t recognize “oil” from transmission fluid!!! I will definitely NOT be returning to this Valvoline. (The photos are the oil on garage floor under van and when my daughter took it back to Valvoline, after discovering the puddle).

Left my airbox off, and filter hanging out. My wife took our transit van in for an oil change, and trying for an up sale, they pulled the air filter and showed it to her which is fine. She mentioned them having to get three technicians over there to reinstall the airbox which made me question their competence, so I double checked their work. They left all the clips undone on the box, left the filter halfway hanging out, and broke the trim piece above it. Basically, they just gave up and set stuff back in there and shut the hood and hoped for the best. I don’t want a refund and I don’t want a free oil change. Proper training and oversight needs to be implemented. This could have left us with a very hefty bill. Please pay attention. If you can’t figure it out, resort to a YouTube video at the very least.
