Went in for an oil change and left after addressing additional items that needed getting done. Good value for what I paid. The other thing I noted was the Manager of the location, Donah working directly with her team and everyone verbally communicating as they worked through the various tasks being done. It was clear she had clear command and control of her team, moral seemed high and it was a very positive experience. Very professional.

Just needed air. Person in training was entering in my info. We couldn’t figure out how display mileage. Instead of mgr telling him how to do. She came and showed him and me how to do it.

Leaking oil after oil change. Had mechanic look at it and notice the oil filter was leaking and they put in more than required oil in the car. Returned to get it fixed manager was nice at first until I started questioning her about what was noted on my acct. All the workers look under 18. One worker took radiator cap off while car was hot making antifreeze gush out. I will never return to this place.

Absolutely fabulous crew. Very educated and experienced. Came in , to get a new battery installed. Price was competitive with everybody else so that was not a problem but everywhere else I went quoted an hour and a half to an hour and 40 minutes to install the battery. I want to give a super shout out to Jackson who did the labor and to the CSR Darrell Who supervised this was done at 6110 Shepardsville Rd., Louisville, KY 40228. Was very impressed by the skills Jackson had. Also, Old battery was removed and new Battery installed in 35 minutes. Very professional work very good quality. Will use the store from now on.

Working 8-5 brings the stresses of getting things taken care of on my car. I needed an oil change badly. Called the Shepherdsville Road location after work and the gal told me if I was on the lot by 6:30 they would get it done. I got there at 6:28. Sure enough they got me in and got it done. Great service! Also check out Groupon for big savings on Valvoline services to save even more money! Go see Tray at the Shepherdsville Road location! He will take excellent care of you!

Long wait. Worker seemed more concerned about jabbing on the phone on a personal call WHILE conducting business. Also had an attitude. Very bad look for Valvoline. Not sure her name but she had purple hair.

Went to get a battery put in yesterday with my speedometer reading just fine. I look down on my way to work thinking I’m going way faster so I pull out life 360 and find out I’m going 20 under what it’s reading. Went back today to be told there’s no way it could be their fault. 2nd car now needing to be taken to the dealership after having work done. Jackson is the only reason this has any stars at all, only one to truly help. Moral of the story, come here if you want an extra put stop to your local dealership
