I was greated when I pulled up and given the estimated wait time which was spot on, the service was quick and the employees professional, polite, and pleasant to speak with. Everything was explained to me and I was not pressured into any upgrades or extras. I will definitely return when I need my next oil change. Thank you!!!

Wow. So I cant lie, the price sticker on my oil change was higher than I’m used to….. but the customer service was EXCEPTIONAL. I’ll gladly pay more and go back to these guys every time. Special callout to Cole (Kole?) for his respectful, attentive mannerisms.

Always a great experience at this location for my oil changes, so when I needed a battery replaced, this is the first place I considered. I used their online chat to verify this was something they could do, and that tool was very helpful - told me the battery was in stock and a price to expect. Headed over that afternoon and the team was friendly, kind and kept me updated on progress from the moment I pulled in. Staff was awesome, as always!

I have been going to this location for a couple of years now. I even have my two adult daughters going there. It hit me today just how dishonest they are. A full synthetic oil change should be good for about 10k miles. The attendant hands me a sticker to come back at 3k miles. They did this the last two times also to me. I verified in my owners manual the mileage. I also confirmed with a friend who manages a dealership that this is a dishonest and common practice to get people to come back needlessly and overcharge them. Beware!! Know when your car needs serviced and don’t get scammed. For $100 a visit, this adds up quickly.

Yesterday I brought by vehicle in and worked with Rachel. She was so nice and informative. I have a wonderful oil change experience. Today I brought my other vehicle in fans am working with Cole. He is exceptionally knowledgeable and took extra care checking to make sure my vehicle was in good condition. I appreciate your employees and the excellence they bring to your company. I hope they will receive the recognition they deserve for outstanding customer service.

Came in on my lunch break, way overdue in need of an oil change. John, the manager was just exceptional - customer service, clear communication, very accommodating. Just phenomenal service from this branch. Jay was the technician who helped me out and he too was great with communicating every step of the way, not pushy, but clear with recommendations. I can’t imagine going anywhere else after this experience.

I love this store! I live in Indiana and I drive all the way to this one for service on my car. They are very friendly and knowledgeable and professional. I went in for an oil change yesterday and asked about my AC making a noise and the guy helping me took it upon himself to fix the AC issue!!! He took the time for me and that is the type of service that keeps me returning to this location.

Well, I was waiting in line in 95 degree heat. They put me in line for bay 1 then decided there was a mess and they were closing bay 1. They moved me to bay 2 because it was "next" . Well after 2 others cars went through bay 3 they started rotating tires of the carin front of me. Meanwhile another car was routed to 3 ahead of me. 30 minutes was long enough as it appeared it would be at least another 30 minutes. Never going back. Lots of other choices out there. Added: drove 5 minutes to a different brand- in and out easy for $20 less
