I have been coming to this location for about 8 years. Garret has been a staple for a long time and seems to be the Manager if I had to guess. He is Patient, calm, gives good direction and is really great teaching the new employees about things. I have to say that every interaction I have had with employees as always been really good but today. . . I got my oil changed and JD was the "point person" talking to me and can I just say. He was WONDERFUL!!! Very nice, exceptionally well spoken and just overall 10 out of 10 on the customer service scale. I have been in customer service my entire working life and he is a GEM especially in today's working world. I will continue to be a customer at this location as long as you have leadership like Garret and team members like JD. Thank you and Happy 2025!

I was greated when I pulled up and given the estimated wait time which was spot on, the service was quick and the employees professional, polite, and pleasant to speak with. Everything was explained to me and I was not pressured into any upgrades or extras. I will definitely return when I need my next oil change. Thank you!!!

Wow. So I cant lie, the price sticker on my oil change was higher than I’m used to….. but the customer service was EXCEPTIONAL. I’ll gladly pay more and go back to these guys every time. Special callout to Cole (Kole?) for his respectful, attentive mannerisms.

Always a great experience at this location for my oil changes, so when I needed a battery replaced, this is the first place I considered. I used their online chat to verify this was something they could do, and that tool was very helpful - told me the battery was in stock and a price to expect. Headed over that afternoon and the team was friendly, kind and kept me updated on progress from the moment I pulled in. Staff was awesome, as always!

I have been going to this location for a couple of years now. I even have my two adult daughters going there. It hit me today just how dishonest they are. A full synthetic oil change should be good for about 10k miles. The attendant hands me a sticker to come back at 3k miles. They did this the last two times also to me. I verified in my owners manual the mileage. I also confirmed with a friend who manages a dealership that this is a dishonest and common practice to get people to come back needlessly and overcharge them. Beware!! Know when your car needs serviced and don’t get scammed. For $100 a visit, this adds up quickly.

Yesterday I brought by vehicle in and worked with Rachel. She was so nice and informative. I have a wonderful oil change experience. Today I brought my other vehicle in fans am working with Cole. He is exceptionally knowledgeable and took extra care checking to make sure my vehicle was in good condition. I appreciate your employees and the excellence they bring to your company. I hope they will receive the recognition they deserve for outstanding customer service.
