Extremely rude employee kicked everyone out of line 45 minutes before closing with smart-mouth comments such as “You shouldn’t have waited until the last minute,” and “Learn to change your own oil.” Disgusting.

First rate service. Everyone very polite & helpful. Not annoyed by questions. If you see them outside waving signs it's prob good sale going on. Have successfully had more than just oil change done here. Explain completely about services. Elderly & Disabled treatment rating: A+

I have a fleet car through work and have to get my oil changed more often than the average person. The manager at this location, Maxwell, is always so helpful and kind. I have previously been to locations that will only do my oil change and won’t do the other laundry list of things my fleet provider wants done, but Maxwell always looks at what I’m due for and makes sure it all gets taken care of. I sometimes go out of my way to come to this location because I always have such a great experience.

I have been coming to this location for a couple years now (this location was a bit more convenient) and service has always been good. I went by for an oil change today and my experience was totally different. I arrived at 7:50 hoping to be first one in and out. Nobody showed up until 7:58. I figured they are running a bit late and would give them a few minutes to open up. By 8:15 I had seen very little movement inside and left to find another VIOC and hopefully receive better (or any) service. Will not be returning to this location.

Over $200 for an oil change said I needed multiple different types of oils no explanation of why. The service tech was constantly trying to upsell me from what I actually needed. Yeah avoid this place till they get an honest crew again, the guys right now are super sketchy and shady as I have never had to pay that much for an oil change from other Valvolines I've taken my car to.

Glad I stopped here. The staff was so quick and friendly. My oil change took no time at all. Maxwell did an excellent job explaining what services I should consider on my next visit, and even helped examine a warning code I had on my dash! That little bit of extra help made my day.

I don’t usually use Valvoline for oil changes, but my experience at this particular Valvoline will have me coming back. They were not only very friendly, but also eager to answer my many questions and spent the time breaking down what they were doing. I was worried about being strong armed into buying random things, but they were transparent about what did and didn’t need to be replaced, and showed me instead of just telling me.

This location is INCREDIBLE. The entire crew. I went for oil and trans fluid and let me tell you. They took great care of me. Especially Amir. Everytime I go up there he's ALWAYS incredibly warm and welcoming.Maxwell is also a gem!!! I drive from Preston and Fern valley just to go to this one. GIVE THESE MFS A RAISE!!!!!!!!
