I had a great experience at Valvoline! The team was professional and efficient, and they took excellent care of my car. A special shoutout to the manager, James, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was done right. His customer service was outstanding, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend this location for anyone needing reliable car maintenance!

I utilize 2 locations on Hurstbourne Lane, and both provide great customer care. However this experience was one of the best I've ever had at any location. Jason and Jonathan were exceptional at addressing the service our automobile needed, with a few maintenance issues that were past due, which I was unaware of before they brought them to light. Will be returning to this specific location for more of our ongoing auto maintenance.

This was probably my best experience ever at a Valvoline James the manager was amazing. I felt welcomed and all of my needs were met and I did not feel pressured to buy anything extra that I wasn’t ready for today.

As always, my oil change was done quickly by very polite people. Great communication. They offered extra services without being at all pushy. I always go to this Valvoline (Stonybrook near Hurstbourne)

My wife stopped in for a routine oil change at the 8601 Citadel Way (Stony Brook) location and they got halfway through the oil change and realized they didn't have the right filter to finish. They sent her to the 3820 S Hurstbourne Pkwy store and they started over and completed the oil change. Wife comes home parks in the driveway and goes about her day only to come out later to a pool of oil. She returned and the store and they "fixed" it for her and refunded her money. However ever since we've had a slow drip in the garage. I just took the car to the shop today and they said the oil pan was over tightened which cracked it causing the leak. $600 repair (and another oil change two weeks after the last). Thanks Valvoline for that lovely repair bill. We've never had a single drip of oil before this visit. What a joke of an experience this was. This four car family will finding a new place to give our business to. This was a multi-store incident so this will be posted at both places because I can't pinpoint which store deserves the blame if not both.

When I changed the oil, I checked to see if the drain cap was still there and it wasn't there. I went to complain and they assured me that they didn't remove it. I'm sure it was there. Now I have to buy a new cap. This has already happened to me in another store, but they did have it and they put it in. In this case, they assure me that they don't have it... I think they just don't want to put it in. I definitely won't go back to valvoline.

Everytime I come to this Valvoline location the staff has a positive attitude and present themselves professionally. They are always kind and go above and beyond when helping me out with any of my needs. It's great to have a place to go that you know will take care of what the problem is. I would definitely recommend coming to this location!

Took about an hour and they got transfer case fluid on me through my window. Tech wasn’t paying attention and didn’t seem to know what he was doing. He splashed transfer case fluid on my arms, hands, legs, steering wheel, and side of my truck door. All on there cameras. The manager apologized after I asked about fluids on customers and what there policy was. She didn’t really answer and said Corporate would get ahold of me for the trouble. The clothes are trashed, and I haven’t heard anything from “corporate” it’s been 3 weeks. Never expected anything but after I was asked to leave a review, thought I would share. I’d still like to know Valvolines policy for fluids on customers.

Came here for an oil change on Sunday 4/21/24. The next day when I was driving my car it has all of a sudden started smoking out of the back. Brought my car to the shop only to find out that Valvoline overfilled my oil by 2 quarts so now I have to get another oil change to fix the one they messed up.
