Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I checked online and it said they were open until 7pm. I needed an oil change badly so I went at 6:45pm and the open sign was still lit up so I pulled in to the driveway. I could see an employee in the window visibly cursing and shaking his head- mad because I was there right before closing. He then stared me down angrily as I pulled into the bay. He was generally hostile and made me feel uncomfortable. The other 2 people who were working were great- one named Jamel and another that seemed to be supervisor. They got the job done and were friendly and efficient. I felt bad that they had to work with the angry guy. I pulled out of the garage at 7:01pm. I understand that I was there right before closing, but if you’re open, I assume you want business. I will not be going back to this location.

Son unos estúpidos solo cambian aceite y creen que son mecánico lleve el bote de aceite y se enojaron hasta dijeron que no era el aceite correcto parece que saben más que el manual del fabricante honda me llenaron deaceite mi auto y llenaron el motor de aceite de mas

Chris was very helpful with my jeep issues and explained a few things to me that I did not understand about my vehicle. The entire crew was professional and polite during my visit. Thanks guys.

They were helpful and efficient. The only problem is that I brought a coupon for 50 percent off a conventional oil change and the employee I showed it to said it was accepted by Valvoline. When they were done I brought the coupon out to have it taken off the bill and found that they had done a premium oil change. Make sure that you watch to make sure you get the oil change you ask for.

Was skipped in line. Had to wait for longer. They did not honor the first come first served . Waste of my time .

Hands down worst service I have ever experienced with an oil change employees just standing there look at each other wondering what to do. Save yourself the headache go elsewhere.

They spilled oil on my engine as he was completing the oil change. I did see him wipe it off and was hoping that it would be ok. My car has been driving funny since I got the oil change which isn’t normal. I’ve been going to Valvoline for years & never experienced this so very shocked and annoyed. Now I have to find a place to fix whatever is wrong. Good luck.
