Skid plate not reinstalled advised tec dont remove skid can access drain plug and filter without removal noise from below after 45 min road trip looked under skid plate dangling from below creating a dangerous condition sad Went back to location Tec advised condition was like that but she placed a random bolt to secure it ! What ! Unreal went home to review skid its fastened and left a nice surprise a stripped bolt head with the socket still on the bolt …. Yea like the tech said it was like that lol own your work take pride not coverups and deflection

Associates/technicians are always polite and professional. They recommend additional services without being pushy about having them performed that day. And I feel like they always do a good job with the oil changes!

Amazing service! In all my decades of life, I have never seen a 1/2 female staff. Not only friendly, they were professional and quick. Highest praise to the hiring manager as well.

Feel like i was charged quite a bit for a cabin filter. $50.00, could’ve bought my own for $20.00 on Amazon. Other than that, satisfied with the crew.

Stopped by to get air in my tires and the technician noticed my skid plate was hanging and offered to fix it for free . Thank you so much Aster and James for the amazing service!

They did a great job the only thing their recovery tank was full so they had to drain it so it took longer I got a radiator flush for my F250 truck. Staff is very friendly!

They didn’t check my back lights. They were talking all the moment when I was there. Very bad service. I had to ask twice to check my tires and they just check two of the four

This specific location has continued to forget a part of my service the last 4 visits. The employees are always different, and yet, of all the locations I've been to, only this one has forgotten to fill my tires multiple times. Today, I even sat there mid service and had nothing happen for 20 minutes. The employee then told me they aren't going to do the fluid change because I was over recommended mileage. So, I sat in the service area for 45 minutes for an oil change that didn't even include tire fill-up. I will be going to any other location from now on.

After having someone jump my car. I was able to drive in to get my old battery replaced and back on the road again in 15-20 min at this location. Otherwise I would to had to wait until next week at a shop. I’m very thankful for the Valvoline team yesterday they did amazing work.

What a great, positive experience. Staff was knowledgeable and professional with a great team vibe. Also very respectful of people’s time. There was a computer glitch requiring some manual look-ups on customer vehicles. But the manager came out and spoke to everyone individually making sure everyone knew upfront about the issue and the possibility of slower service. I decided to stay because they still seemed to super organized and honestly there was barely a delay at all. Everyone had such a great attitude. Will make this hwy 22 Valvoline shop my go-to location.

I just stopped in to get my oil changed before the Holiday weekend. The guy came out and checked my make, model, etc. I waited in line for about 20-30 minutes. They had me pull into the bay and checked all my lights, then one of the guys said "Well, we don't have your oil filter so we can’t change your oil today!" I told him how unprofessional it was for them to waste my time and asked if I can get a coupon or discount for my time and he quipped very rudely "Nope, I can’t help you!" I told him I would NOT be back and he said sarcastically "That's okay!" I promise you I will NOT return to any VIOC, EVER!!!

This is my usual oil change place. They have been great and cheerful when I pop by for a fluids and tire checks too. However, they also go above and beyond to help their customers. I had a tire pressure light come on and swung by their place on my way to work. The doors were open so I pulled in. Xander came out and checked my tires for me. I found out that they weren't officially open but he helped me anyway! Superior service and I highly recommend!

Will never use them again. Charged us before verifying oil pressure. Then they killed my battery and pushed our car out of the bay and closed and left and left us stranded.
