I was in Memphis for a couple days and needed an oil change. The crew at this location was exceptional! They were so knowledgeable, efficient, kind and take pride in what they do. It’s hard to find people with all of those positive attributes these days. I highly recommend!

I am disappointed in this store... I bought a battery for my car, it has a three-year warranty, I have only used it for a year and a half and it got damaged... When I went to claim my warranty, they did not want to replace it because they said it was still good, but they were doubtful and suspicious. I had to buy another battery somewhere else and my car worked with the new battery. Do not buy anything here if it gets damaged, they are not responsible for the warranty...

My experience was terrible and slow. It took about 15 minutes before even another bay got opened while 3 others were standing around laughing and playing. I don’t understand why only one person knows how to do their job and working on 2 cars at one time. The employees were very rude especially Jason. I was never be returning again the experience was absolutely ridiculous.

The team members were professionals that behaved excellent. They provided exceptional service and were very courteous to me. The problem was outside of the team members control. The oil change cost one hundred dollars, and I normally pay fifty elsewhere.

Stay away if you value your vehicle. Put my engine air filter upside down and was not fastened down. Stay away as the are awful to deal with. They have zero work ethic and would never go back.

I went to this company for a radiator flush.When they said I can go because he finished the job.My car started running hot.So,I pulled over to contact the company.The guy Devin came to where my car had stopped because of the running hot.When he pulled up he looked at my car and said nothing wrong with your radiator I don’t know why it’s running hot.You need to see a mechanic was his words.I explained,to him my car was working good until I left your shop.Yes,I will go to my mechanic and he will see what’s wrong.Devin,came up to the shop with me as well.The next day because my car had to spend the night at the shop because my mechanic was booked.He told me the damages that where done to my car.He explained,how Devin clogged my radiator up with bad chemicals.Once he typed up the paper to present showing Devin the company didn’t wanna fix my car.Even after Devin and some more of his team came to look at my car to see for themselves.They suggested that I let them take it back to there shop so they can fix it.See they wanted it at there shop so they can get it done cheaper.I told them no and that I didn’t feel comfortable,they were catching attitudes and rude as in the damages caused to my car was my fault.They burned there car out the lot and everything.It took hours and I’ve already missed two days of work I’ve explained all of this to them.They are very unprofessional I wouldn’t walk a blind man through them doors.

Would leave no star if I could very unprofessional third time I have went here and air filter left open, oil all over engine tried to suction oil out of dodge Durango V8 and tried there best to tell me it’s ok things is I want it done traditional tried to do this without even asking want come here.

I've been with them for a while and everything was fine. but the last time they put too little oil into the engine and I had a long trip. I was scared thinking that I was going to damage the engine of my vehicle. I went to them later and they filled it for me.
