When I first arrived the line was very long but the team that serviced my vehicle at the Union location in Memphis, TN moved efficiently and was also friendly while I waited. I’m always satisfied with my service at this location and the company.

Went here a few months back with my younger sister who's never gone to get her own oil change, so I went for moral support. At first everything seemed fine. The technicians were playfully joking with her about learning to drive. She was clearly nervous and didn't know what any of the things they were trying to talk to her about were, such as how much oil is on the dipstick, etc. But we got the oil change and left with no issues. After getting home, she noticed they wrote on her car diagnostic that there was an "oil leak" they noticed while working on the car and that it would need to be serviced. We then noticed the next morning that there was a huge puddle. Long story short, we took it to the usual mechanic she goes to, who told her that everything was fine and to be wary because if they overfill your oil, it can look like a leak. After how much they joked with her about being naive when it comes to cars, I am positive they were looking to pull one over on her. Super unprofessional and will certainly not be returning to this location again.

Horrible customer service will never go again. Waited almost an hour and 30 minutes and 3 people that came after me left before me. The manager or supervisor was no help whatsoever. He needs to be demoted or take customer service training classes. The worst location is Union. If I could have turned and left I would have but I was stuck. Simply horrible. Instead of trying to get the customer out the way they playing and arguing about who the goat of changing a tire. Please get more mature and helpful staff. A 25% discount is definitely not enough. It should have been half.

I loved how quick and thorough the service was. My first time at Valvoline, and the workers explained everything to me, and even did a full maintenance check. The whole team was very helpful, but Cam & Daiunique were super sweet!

They were very professional service men, told me everything they were doing, checked under the hood, air and oil filters, replaced windshield wiper. I had all professional service and courtesy from everyone. I will recommend.

Extremely slow. They need some sort of system. Why would you put someone who is getting an oil change behind someone who is getting something done to their tires. A lady in the next lane who came after me got serviced before me. Kam was great but the cons outweigh the pros at this location. I've already been waiting over an hour behind this lady. I pulled up at 2:19 and there was 2 cars in front of me. One was pulling out and the other pulling in. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION EVER!!!! I talked to the manager James and asked about the system of putting cars in any type of order and he said they don't have any specific order. He was ABSOLUTELY NO HELP. Was kind of smug when i asked him his name. Gave his whole name arrogantly. 2 people that came after me will be done before I'm even serviced. WILL NEVER VISIT THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!! EVER!!!! I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH I WILL NEVER EVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. THE OTHER VALVOLINE LOCATIONS I HAVE NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM BEFORE!!! THRY NEED A SYSTEM. I AM BEYOND PISSED. JIFFY LUBE YOU HAVE MY BUSINESS BECAUSE THIS LOCATION IS HORRIBLE...NEVER AGAIN

I'm impressed with this team. I had the pleasure of getting my oil changed in record time with a crew that consisted of Hot Rod, TJ, and Jermey. No appointment needed. No need to get out of my car. No reason for me to go anywhere else in the future. I was impressed with their professionalism, friendliness and conscious efforts to get out right swiftly and effortlessly. Hotrod did a quick inspection of all lights and signals. TJ took my demographics as Jermey completed a very efficient oil change. They earned my business without me navigating outside of my car. Thanks Union Avenue - Valvoline!!
