My second time , not impressed. Oil and other fluids all over the front of my truck. Didn’t receive my receipt. Would not recommend to any one.

Everytime I come here it is a good experience. I love to see women excel in their field and I have had a team of excellent professionals each time who just happen to be women. It’s worth the 45 minute drive from home to come here. Would highly recommend.

Horrible service..twice they broke my oil lipstick and said I'm on my own. They broke it. And said I have to fix it..pure bullshit. So I called the company. They refused to do anything. So I have to pay dearly for their mistake..ty so much for telling g me what kind of service to expect. I could go on..but I'll simply say..I will deter as many people I can to steer away from all valvoline oil changes joints.. They care more about shoving different sales pitch points about what your car doesn't need.. Stay away from very poor customer service I'll goto walmart b4 I go back to that hell

After reading a dozen negative reviews on Google, I’ve concluded I’ll never take my new car to VIOC for an oil change. Not because I’m afraid their techs will screw something up, but because in their replies, Valvoline takes no responsibility for their screw ups. All Valvoline does about negative reviews, is acknowledge that their customers have had bad experiences, but they DON’T ever say what they did about it. VIOC just gives them a case number & an email address to keep their customer’s settlements, private. VIOC’s lack of disclosure on a public forum, is a method of customer service that wreaks of non-accountability. VIOC needs to publicly fess up to their techs’ negligence and publicly validate all customer reviews that call out specific negligence.

I have gone here several times now. They are always courteous, kind, and quick. They do a great job informing me of issues and don’t pressure sell you at all which is nice. The manager here is great too. He represents the store very well!

A great experience for an oil change. You get to sit in your car while they take care of anything you may need. These guys are very communicative while employing safety and fast, reliable service. I probably will not go anywhere else.

Big thank you to James for saving me this morning. Came out this morning to 6 % air in my rear tire. I get my oil changed here but today they came through in an unexpected way without hesitation.

Erik and his team here are great!! Always prompt and efficient service with a smile. Also, Erik did a wonderful job of explaining all of the services I would need for maintenance but was not super pushy which is always appreciated. Will definitely continue to come back to this location!

I feel that this crew at my location is a "well-oiled machine." Mitch has a passion for what he does as the manager and everyone is super friendly and welcoming. I never feel pressured when I am there.

Friendly staff, typically fairly quick. However, I did have one instance where they didn’t have the type of oil my vehicle needed. Also, on another occasion, I was told that I needed a transmission flash, I brought the vehicle back a couple months later and they told me they couldn’t do the transmission flash on my vehicle because they do not carry the fluid needed for my type of vehicle. If you have a type of vehicle that Valvoline can service, this place is good. But it seems if you have a vehicle with a larger engine they may or may not be able to help you.

Great service but man these vavolines need to do better with providing more airflow and cool air for the workers these folks are dying in this hot weather servicing hot cars vavoline do better for your workers. They deserve to be treated at a higher standard.

Pro: they changed my oil. Con: The messed up my air filter when they tried to sell me a new one and my car almost died with myself, my husband, my one year old, and newborn in the car in 115 degree heat. My dad had to come fix the damage they did to get us back on the road. Absolutely never coming here again. A speedy oil change isn't worth it.

Employee was pressuring me into getting a new battery based on his testing. I told him no and he continued to pressure me the whole appointment. Today, my check engine light came on and it said to check the oil cap. I looked and it was gone all together. They must have not put it back on or left it too loose. My husband had to go buy a new one from auto zone. While there he had them check the battery, and there’s nothing wrong with my battery. Not impressed with someone trying to lie to me about needing things I don’t need, and not doing the job I paid for correctly. Will not be returning.

My daughter had her oil changed end of May 24, her car started to over heat, she popped the hood and found the they had not replaced the radiator cap, Her engine could have been ruined due to the neglecting service she got at Valvoline, don't do business with those clowns. They xould careless about your car
