Had a stripped drain plug from another mechanic and they denied changing it, I had the part and was willing to sign that they wouldn't be at fault but they were unwilling to do the oil change. They did however give me a good price at the time.

Inside A/C filter cost 60 dollars, when I could have purchased one for 18 dollars online, or 21 dollars at Discount Auto Parts. The price gauging on that item is ridiculous. I made the mistake of paying for that and feel like I got bent over with no Vaseline. Staff was friendly and service pretty fast. Prices are a no-go, a reason to NOT go back.

The folks at this Valvoline are always professional and courteous. They know their thing to the point that they can explain it on the fly and without hesitation, as Jose did today when I posed a number of questions about the radiator fluid replacement service they performed on my car. They take their time to run through the entire service checklist but still manage to be very efficient at their work. It has to be a well operated facility to pull that off every time.

They're only getting 1 star because 0 isn't an option. They caused issues with my vehicle where they didn't change out the filer, left on the previous OEM one from the dealership, and punctured a hole in it while trying to tighten it. Causing all the oil to leak out of my vehicle. I provided the pictures to their claim department after having to have the vehicle towed to the dealerahip during Hurricane Milton using our dealerships roadside assistance. As my vehicle was unable to drive without causing damage to the engine as, it needs oil to operate. They denied my claim to any of the damages that were caused to the vehicle as well as denied refunding my original oil change that was not done up to par. Basically told me there was nothing they can do as it was not taken directly back to them. There solution was to offer me a 50% coupon towards my next oil change. THE ABSOLUTE JOKE that they think I would even be taking my vehicle back to the for anything after this situation. Take your car elsewhere. There backyard mechanics and "speedy service" get you exactly what you pay for. GARBAGE SERVICE!

The customer service here is excellent. All team members do their job efficiently. Prices are reasonable and the coupons are good. I have been changing my oil here for a lot of years.

I was extremely satisfied with the quality of service I received from the Valvoline in the Hammocks. So pleased I went twice in one day with two different vehicles and as many customers as their staff sees in a day, they remembered me even though it was hours in between and I came back in a different car. The manager Stephen is hands on, highly knowledgeable, professional but funny, a true people person. He really makes the wait go by so quickly. It truly was a pleasure to have my oil changed and I don't think anyone has ever said those words before, lol. The entire staff were courteous and professional, it was just overall a great experience. I really can not say enough good things. I will only have my vehicle serviced at the Valvoline in the Hammocks moving forward. 20 out of 10!

The staff is really the reason why I keep coming back to this particular location. All of the employees are very courteous and helpful. They explain every detail of the process of my service. An absolute pleasure to go there!
