We needed an oil change for our F350 dually. It’s a little harder to find people to work on a big diesel. We called ahead and were told they could accommodate but I do recommend checking with the location, rather than the call center, just to make sure they’ll have the filter and oil you needed. The staff working at this location were very knowledgeable, friendly, very helpful, and they were able to get our oil changed, fluids and tire pressure topped off, and new wiper blades quickly and efficiently with no wait. If we ever find ourselves back in this area we’ll definitely come back for our truck service needs.

Brought the car by right after driving off the used car lot for them to check out. They found low oil, old dirty filters, and rust. Julian sent me the videos from under the car and suggested I insist the dealership pay for the oil change and new filters. They did.

Isaac and the team were excellent and so professional! They worked on my car quickly and provided fantastic customer service. They all deserve a raise! Staff even spent time trying to figure out how to recalibrate my car’s computer after it kept showing check engine message. Truly exceptional service!

More than 45 minutes where was nobody in front of my car. They did not change the counter to reset the service in the car, how they did it before. And never checked the air filter for a change, and was need it, because when I told my son he checked and was black.

They know my truck from my prior visits, and they are fast and professional. I use another location for my daughter's vehicles for the same reason. The promotional discounts are an added incentive.

Very professional! Eddy the manager was informative, polite and experienced. The job was done quick and easy. They did recommend me certain services, but that's just part of their job. I used a Groupon special and they accepted it.

Just moved/drove to Miami from up north. Top notch place! For a quick oil change, they were in depth and explained everything in detail. They applied the appropriate discounts and explained by the car’s specs and current milage what is recommended. No hassle or BS. 10/10 I would recommend!
