*UPDATE* Now my check engine light is on and still waiting for management to call* DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! Quinton was drunk (clearly smelled alcohol) and seemed to be on drugs. He was combative and inappropriate with myself and my teenage daughter. They checked NOTHING and when I asked about them checking my lights etc....he said "we did"....HOW when I have to operate the lights?!? As I was pulling out he ran after my vehicle to the point another employee told him he was doing too much and stopped him. After reading all these negative recent comments apparently management doesn't care either. And no I'm not emailing nobody so save that copy n paste response. I have already contacted corp.

My worst experience for the oil change I just went for the oil change and they tried to get me for the other stuff for the for the air filter and stuff like that and they actually forgot to put the air flow pipe back and next day my car was broken in between the intersection I'm never going to Volvoline again after this experience.

This is my favorite place to go! There was a little issue when I went earlier today, and Manager Joe helped to clear it up right away, he was so helpful and kind.

Could not have received better service from Luis and Ronnie. They took their time to go above and beyond and provide me with an incredible experience. Would hands down recommend to any other car owners.

Tech doing my oil offered me a deal if I paid him cash when I told him I didn’t have cash and only credit cards I got the worst oil change ever they did not check my any of my fluids under the hood. So let this be a warning to whoever owns this place your workers are stealing from you doing oil changes and pocketing the money. And then ripping off the customer who were actually paying you.

This is ridiculous. As someone who is not a man, it can be daunting to get an oil change. I have always felt looked down on when I come get an oil change (various valvoline locations). Upon arrival, the guy helping me was already giving me red flags-vaping on the job and at my window, and then started mocking me… I said “wow i hope I dont sound like that” and he responded saying he was just “trying to sound like a white girl”. He also refused to wear his safety glasses even though his coworkers kept telling him to. This led to a physical altercation that I watched from my rear view mirror, by the entrance. He then came back and told me that everyone there were nice gentlemen and I responded “i just need my oil done”. I just want to get an oil change without feeling uncomfortable. I will no longer be going to any valvoline location.

****Stay Away, they will destroy your car and your day**** Extremely unprofessional. This location has been going downhill over time with service. Went in for an oil change and none of my fluids outside of oil, tire air pressure, engine filter or lights were checked. When I indicated that the other fluids need to be checked the young new tech started mouthing off like in a very condescending demeanor like he wanted he wanted to fight me. Not to mention he spent the entire time he was supposed to be working on my car complaining about working and his schedule. When he did check the tire pressure after being called out on it I got home just to notice he didn't even put the tire caps back on. I later checked my air pressure and turns out not only did he not put in air but I guess calling him out in front of his coworker for not doing so he actually decided to deflate the tires to 10 psi below factory recommended. I was basically driving on semi flat tires from one side when they weren't that flat when I came in. There needs to be more training and better emphasis on customer service. These folks will destroy your car and ruin your day. I can't say that I trust my car with this location any more. Very sad. Been going here for years.

I went to this Valvoline location to get an oil change earlier. The price was a little high but since I was already there I decided to get it anyway. Then when I told the guy I wanted a conventional oil change the guy started talking trash and said I must not love my car. Then when they saw that I had an oil leak he tried telling me that I have an oil leak because I use conventional oil which is nonsense. When I told him that was not why he said "I know I'm a technician", which is laughable to me because I've been. Working on cars for 30 years and working at Valvoline doesn't make you a technician of anything. Like calm down dude, you work at Valvoline. Lol.

Listen, I drive out of the way to come here for my oil changes, and it’s for one reason-top quality service. These cats are always honest, super helpful, never try to upsell me on stuff that I don’t need, and always give me the best price available. I was helped by Luis this last time, and as always, the service was a 10/10. Quick, top notch and affordable service, what more do you need?

Waste of time! waited in line, did the whole waste of time checking lights and what not just for them to tell me they don’t have the oil my car needs. So, if your car needs Advance Full synthetic oil don’t come to this location until next week Wednesday that’s when they will have the order in. How does an oil change place not have the oil for almost a whole week!?

Be careful here. Slammed me. Wanted my tires rotated. They told me they did but lied. I had two off brand tires that were on the same spot and my parallel parking scratches did not move from the other side of my car. SKAMMERS!

This is honestly my first review of a business, but I feel compelled. My college age daughter went for an oil change, they stated "out of that oil" (mixed synthetic) and upcharged for full synthetic. Any retail person knows if out, you give the next item up for same price. Then after charging for the 6 qts required, charged another $10.99 for "Extra oil charge". At least $32 upcharge. Most importantly, the tech kept referring to her as "sweetheart", "mamma", "Why you running errands by yourself mamma?" She felt intimidated, pressured, could not leave because the doors were closed. I called Valvoline corporate, on hold 26 min to finally reach a person saying " hello, I can't hear you, I need to disconnect". This needs to be stopped!! Preying on women, young people... Edit/Follow-up: I received an email from Valvoline with "apologies", assurances they take this seriously, supposedly sending a coupon for 50% off any location ( will never go to this location again). I understand now that a standard oil change is 5 qts, that vehicle is 6, so extra charge). However, upcharge for being "out of stock" is a bait and switch type of scam. 50% off does not correct a young female experiencing intimidation, harassment and pressure.

They forget to return back the air filter cover, a lot of the engine oil slipped on the engine so my personal garage floor have a lot of oil after come backto my home, unfortunately, they are not professional.

Asked for the basic oil change and the ASSISTANT MANAGER, scammed me by putting in full synthetic costing me $80 for a “basic oil change”. Saying it cost more because other places “don’t change the oil filter”. I would not recommend coming here.

Es un completo robo, lo lleve por un cambio de aceite y pague 110$ y al dia siguiente me marca que el aceite que le colocaron es aceite sucio y no cambiaron el filtro, realmente me robaron! No tengo otra forma de describirlo. NO RECOMIENDO ESTE LUGAR!.

Excellent and professional work, they run a clean and tight ship when I went on Saturday, just before noon. You can tell they love their work and they maintain professionalism throughout, I had bad experiences in different locations and this one is definitely one of the best. They did a thorough inspection on the vehicle and you could tell safety was their main priority with the way they effectively and efficiently communicated with one another.

I came in last week to receive a oil change. Had a coupon for 50 percent off. Goeff tried to to sale me on the most expensive saying because of mileage on my truck. I explained that I just want the conventional oil. This man comes with a red gas can and looks like pouring oil in my car. He then talked to me about fuel injection cleaning and offered me that as well and said it would be half price. Received both the oil change and fuel injection cleaning and parked my car that day. Next I drive and my car is shaking and making putting noises. I thought if I drove it it will eventually stop. It’s been almost a week and Today I go start my car and it’s hesitant and not starting. I had to lay on foot on the gas then start it to start. It finally starts my engine light comes on and making a really loud noise like no oil in my engine. I drive to gas station and put oil and it makes it a little better to drive and will now start but my engine is shaking. I call east north location and advised them in what been going with my car they tell me to bring in before 7 I get there from work five min to 7. An assistant manager starts to help but cracking jokes and immediately trying to make this fine by cracking jokes saying I should of got the more expensive oil. All I know is my truck was running fine just needed a oil change I come to your place of business not only now may I lose my truck your telling me it’s my fault for not purchasing the right oil. The manager adds more oil to my already full of oil car and tells me I have to get it to a shop. SMH! Now I feel like I should of never got the oil changed and I also feel like something was messed up or the wrong oil was placed in my truck. I will not return to this place….

Went to Valvoline on Saturday for an oil change, they were supposed to open up at 8:00 am, and didn't open up until 9: 15am. When they finally did open the door I asked him what was going on and he said that he didn't have enough workers. Then I asked them if I would be getting a discount for waiting for a whole hour for them to open up he said no. Terrible service will not be going back.
