They didn't put air in my tires or check the headlight on the right side. It was out, and Light bulb needed to be replaced

Staff was incredibly Rude as hell, even the new manager. I used to work for Valvoline & I’ve been coming for years ever since but not anymore after start to finish I got complete attitude because they didn’t want to check my tires because of a new policy change they stated. Trying to say because I didn’t get my oil changed here last time I can’t get my tires checked for air. Little did they know I have more than one vehicle & I brought my Chevy there in February. But I won’t bring any of them. At least Take 5 had better customer service. Tried to compare the store to a gas station air pump. In case anyone needed to know. You CAN go to ANY other service center like Goodyear tires, any dealership, etc, & they will provide you free air. Some people are lazy & your job isn’t very hard at all & no nobody was doing anything & they didn’t have any customers in the bay.

This was best experience I’ve had at location. Joshua did a great job. Polite and also efficient with work. Recommended a few services that my truck needed. Would recommend place for oil change for sure.

Valvoline completely destroyed my car I had a very slow oil lake after getting an oil change and I didn’t realize until my motor and alternator was knocking very loudly

I just wanted to say that GR0051 was so helpful and kind and one of the BEST service teams I came in contact with. They were willing to put my mind at ease with all the work they have done, and the suggestion of service I needed to have a health running car. I am so appreciative of their patience in taking care of my car needs. the team was older men who had good music and very great customer service and excellent service. Please keep this crew they are awesome

I usually visit the Capital location but I was tryna get my oil change done before work and this location is closer to me. I came early around 8:45am just to wait in line almost an hour w/ no movement. I ended up leaving after they moved the cars around putting another vehicle in front of me. I’ve had faster service from the other location with more cars in line. Disappointed.

I will be patronizing this Valvoline service center again....Carlton took great care inspecting lights, tires and fluid levels, and was very pleasant. The oil change probably took only 15min. if that. If you vist the Valvoline website, you'll be able to download a $10.00 off Coupon that you can use. With the $10.00 Coupon, my oil change came to $47.47 with tax. A good deal considering what you would pay at a dealership and other car service centers.

What in the heck is up with this business Valvoline location? I've been trying to call them at the number they provided here on Google, and it's disconnected! I've been wanting to inquire about air conditioning services & they won't even answer the freaking phone. For 5 days straight I've been trying to call them. I'm reporting this location. Call me a Karen if you want to. This should be against the law. You're a business offering the public various services, you should have a working phone. Again, I will be reporting this location as soon as I'm done writing this review. Do not recommend. Every other Valvoline answers their phone, but this location feels they're special, I reckon. Well not after this they won't.

Customer service is terrible, they trick you into spending more than what you initially agreed upon then hit you with the bill at the end. Also, they said they put a certain amount of quarts into my engine only to find out after the fact that they put less in than what I had paid for. Lastly, they said they filled my tires (after I specifically asked them to) and they did not do that either. I found that out after I left but by the time I found out they didn't do it, there was already another vehicle in the bay so I wasn't going to wait around. Obviously I can do that anywhere but it's the principle. If you say your doing a service, do tlthe service. Much better places to go in Milwaukee for an oil change. I'll never do Business here again.

My last experience in June wasn’t the most pleasant but after my visit today AJ reversed my ill feelings toward Valvoline. Very swift with service but precise, and provided every service request with care. Very professional!

This review is well overdue, but better late than ever...I went in for an oil change a couple months ago, everything went smoothly as normal. But after a day or so, I noticed my engine was leaking oil. I took my car back, and the manager, Arelee, made sure we were able to find the root cause of the issue(the cap wasn't screwed on correctly, honest mistake). However, they made sure that the issue was resolved before I drove off again. I highly recommend this location, they did a fantastic job. 10/10
