James Blackbear has excellent customer service along with his coworkers! I appreciate all their hard work and patience. I will say that James is very informative and answers all the questions that I have as a customer and I greatly appreciate it!!! He is also a very respectful and that's a very rare find to be able to trust someone in his field because sometimes people just try to oversell, I appreciate his honesty and integrity. I'm not sure if he is one of your managers but I think he should be. I think he said so great example.

Ivan, hopefully I spelled your name right and the couple other guys I didn't get your names who helped me do the oil change and switch out my tag light you guys were very helpful and I appreciate your customer service was excellent!!! I would also like to thank James BlackBear for his professionalism and integrity. I think you should honestly be a manager if he's not or get a raise because he is very honest, knowledgeable, and respectful. It's a very rare find. I will say the team is all together respectful. I appreciate their integrity.

l Visited 9/24/2024, I asked the technician Amanda if it was okay if she could add a quart of lucas oil stabilizer I purchased, she pretended not to hear me. The guy in the bay next to me got a full check over and I was told nothing about the condition of my vehicle. Ivan’s been fantastic every time I’ve been here.

Update: I have been back to this location multiple times with multiple vehicles and always receive excellent service! This is a great service shop with happy, lively employees. I Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I ended up visiting this location at a bad time, most of the employeeswere out sick. There were only 2 service techs working so the wait time was much longer than expected. However, the service was excellent! I was very pleased with the professionalism and speed of the service once I was in the bay. I will be going back.

Been going to this location for years now and never had an issue with anyone. Have even left a positive 5 star review in the past because I enjoyed going there so well but I will never go again as long as an employee named Ivan works there. He was so rude and nasty to me and my fiancee. We came in on a Saturday 3 weeks ago shortly before they closed but still plenty time for an oil change. We were met at the garage door by Ivan cussing and pissed off because he felt like no one else should have come to get their oil changed since the shift was winding down. I knew there was an issue by the way he was so mad and cussing but I didn't figure it was because we came towards the end of the day. Another employee saw the awkwardness and attempted to come and intervene to try to clean up the mess that was beginning. As they other employee is intervening I can Ivan still cussing saying why are they here I already counted the drawer down. Says I can't pay with cash only card so I say fine and wait for them to get started. They other employee started checking my lights to make sure they are good, after verifying they are he then asked me to pop the hood. I do so but I still here Ivan cussing and by this time I know for a fact he's talking about me which I took exception to. So I asked Ivan what his problem was and that set him off even further to which he became even more irate. At this point I was pissed and the tension in that room was way too high for me. I refuse to be treated like this by anyone so I told them both to forget about the oil change I'll go somewhere else to get my oil changed, and I did for my safety and his. Which happened to he a huge inconvenience, but I'll deal with the inconvenience before I let anyone talk to me that way. I'll never return to valvoline as long as Ivan is there and I'm going to reccomend no one else does either. He needs anger management and some de-escalatuon classes before he deals with anymore customers. I've also heard Mr. Ivan on a previous oil change tell a couple girls in car next to me to put their big panties on and pay more money for all the items he was suggesting them while leaning in their vehicle on his knees. The girls looked uncomfortable and I was too hearing that. Seems as though Ivan could use some sexual harassment classes as a well as those anger management classes.

We came into this Valvoline location because the day before we got our oil changed from another location in Arkansas on our way out to OKC. To our surprise and frustration, 20 mins into town our car warning ⚠️ system came on saying need oil and pull over. We drove over first thing in the morning and the location manager, Ivan was amazing. Found the mistake, provided great communication and step by step of how they remedied the problem (the oil filter gasket was broken). Really appreciate his attention, professionalism and kindness. He made a very frustrating situation into a positive outcome. Thank you, Ivan!

I was in for a oil change 03/12/24 everything for the most part was smooth after waiting over an hour for an oil change. Until not even 12 hours later 03/13/24 as i'm driving the entire heat shield for the bottom of the car is hanging off making an awful scratching sound. So i pulled off and proceeded to call them, they explained they would have some one out quickly(waited over an hour and a half for a tech) Once said tech was there turns out they sent him from a store of meridian because this store wasn't competent enough to fix their mistake. I did get a refund from corporate and made them aware of the situation. But I would avoid going to this one no matter what. Please drive the extra 10 mins guys, i wish i would have. Could have saved 2 and a half hours of my time and money.

Just had the most polite and professional oil change in my life. Not sure if there is new ownership/management, but the whole visit was great. Ivan killed it. It feels weird to be so impressed by a oil change experience.
