Absolute joke. Took my truck there for an oil change Got home had an oil leak. Came back to the shop. They said there was nothing wrong and the filter and oil pan just needed to be cleaned. Still leaking oil. They have no idea what they’re doing

3rd time in a row that you guys said you filled my tires, only to find out 5 minutes later they weren't touched. Don't appreciate the dishonesty or the extra trip it requires me to make to fill them myself, when I paid for the service. After 4 years of using you exclusively, I will not be back.

Do not take your vehicle to this place , oil filter was not installed properly according to a Mechanic, truck leaked oil all over my garage and driveway, Valvoline tried saying it was from valve cover gaskets leaking and pan leaking which never found my the mechanic I took it to , we I returned and explained everything to manager he pretty much is backing his people and wasn’t going to work with me (Do not take your car here)

Everything was good. There was a problem with one of my wheel lug nuts and studs breaking due to over torquing, but the manager Jake made it right and reimbursed me for repairs.

Got a tire rotation, 2 weeks later I had to go to a shop due to my car shaking. Got told the front driver side tire was about to fall off and it wore down the driveshaft.

DO NOT USE VALVOLINE!!!! THEY RUINED MY TRANSMISSION! This Valvoline recommended I do a transmission fluid change. I have a newer Mazda that can only use ATF-FZ and they used ATF (they claim it is universal but IT IS NOT). Over time it has ruined my transmission and now have to pay $7,000 to replace it and Valvoline is trying to get out of it! Do not be SCAMMED by this COMPANY! THEY ARE HORRIBLE!

Incompetent and dishonest. I paid for transmission fluid service, but the next time I drove it was shifting hard and pouring (not leaking) transmission fluid under vehicle. I took it back the next morning and the shift manager directed me to a transmission shop, where I had to leave it overnight. They cleaned it up and discovered Valvoline didn't drain the old fluid, just added new, so my transmission was over-filled by 10quarts! Good news is it didn't damage anything, bad news is I didn't have my vehicle for 2 days and it cost me $263. I went back to the shop and the manager (Lemain) claimed it was impossible they made a mistake and that I must be at fault. Besides being ridiculous this was insulting. He finally offered to refund the cost of the "service". I filed a complaint, provided documentation and the corporate Cust Service approved my reimbursement. Problem is nothing ever happened. I checked back 3 times. They asked me to resend the receipt a couple times, but then went silent and I never was refunded nor reimbursed. Finally, after 5 weeks I disputed the charge with my credit card and THEN they got back to me. I did speak to the regional manager today, who said that since I disputed the charge that would close the matter. I still lost on the transmission shop charge and loss of my vehicle, etc. At best they are incompetent, but blaming the customer and then lying to me abut refunds just to shut me up tells you all you need to know about Valvoline. Mistakes happen, so just make it right. Instead they did everything wrong and made an enemy. Avoid them at all costs.

Unbelievably bad service. Got in line with two cars in front of me. Didn't get into the bay for an hour and a half. Was in the bay for over an hour. All I needed was an oil change and then at the end of that is when they offered other services. Didn't do a 18-point inspection like they claim. Had to ask them to check my air tire. Had to ask them to close my hood before I left. They informed me that one of my drain bolts was stripped and they couldn't get a replacement so I would have to go get it myself. I get home and look underneath my vehicle and see they have totally mangled the bolt cuz they didn't use a wrench on it. They used pliers. They totally lied to me. Never going there again. I can't even drive my vehicle until I fix it myself

Poor queue management, broken lift to do my tire rotation (my main reason for getting service), 3 hours in total waiting because of the jockeying around, the broken lift, etc. Grease on the outside of my driver side door. ETC.

I was having a difficult day and was so frustrated with other oil change businesses, I showed up with so many questions for him and he answered all of them! They have construction going on. I was passing through the parking lot and one of their customers almost backed into me. They should either put up some signs directing people where to go or close down if they can't handle the construction.

Valvoline quick center was severely understaffed, 2 techs running 3 bays with 1 gal floating to get info and input bill/pay. 40 minutes to get in and 30 minutes for oil change only; asked for tire rotation (2nd time asked for 2 cars) they could not perform. Now after last oil change find two zip ties holding original equipment together, missing door on skid plate cover undercarriage and now an oil leak. No one approached me about modifying my original equipment. Instant was their name but now it’s more like I’ve experienced hour change. 2 years with this place pretty solid performance but last 4 months my experience is worst ever. I’m driving back to my old provider hour away cuz my experience is can’t trust what these guys are doing under my car when I’m not consulted about modifications they’ve made.

When I arrived I told them I wanted a tire rotation with my oil change. I was told ok. When I paid, the tire rotation wasn't on it. I again said I wanted a tire rotation so they said ok and had me go wait in the waiting room. After a few minutes they came out and said they couldn't rotate my tires because their lift wouldn't go high enough and the regular jack wouldn't work because of my running boards. I have a midsize pickup, if they can't lift it high enough how do they ever do larger vehicles. When I got back in my truck they hadn't even cleared my oil life monitor. Might be ok for an oil change but I wouldn't plan on getting your tires rotated.

Avoid this place at all costs. Went in for a routine oil change, and unknowingly leaked oil the entire trip back -- the remaining oil ended up leaking on my garage (see pictures). I went through the Valvoline customer service system (they're clearly used to dealing with lots of complaints), only to be eventually told that Valvoline wasn't responsible because they believed the oil was leaking from a part of the engine they "wouldn't have touched". But clearly, someone touched it (and this claim ended up being false -- see the update below). As a result of Valvoline's carelessness, I'm going to be paying who-knows-how-much for potentially major engine repairs. The moral of the story: get your service done at any legitimate local mechanic with an ounce of skill and some sense of accountability. This ended up being an incredibly costly oil change. Update (9/5/2024) - After taking my car to an actual mechanic, he confirmed that the leak was 100% caused by Valvoline -- they installed the oil filter without the O-ring, which the mechanic found had been dropped in the engine somewhere. If you want the run around come to this shop! They will sneak unneeded repairs in any way they can. Especially if you don’t look like you know anything about cars. Would give 0 stars if I could. Keep rocking and rolling thieves!

This place is my go to for oil changes and other services. The workers are efficient and the main greeter is always nice. I’ve worked with different employees, so it’s not just one person I’ve worked with, and they always give me great service. I don’t see myself going anywhere else for an oil change

Took a bit over an hour and a half for an oil change. At one point they rearranged the line to service someone who arrived before me ( not a problem) but then they had someone who arrived 10-20 after me get serviced before me. I also had a 10% off coupon and the employee didn’t apply it and said it was too late to apply it because they already charged my card. Overall a pretty bad experience.

Used to be a place of convenience but after today's service will be looking elsewhere. Sat in middle lane for 45-60 minutes and watched 3 cars in 3rd lane plus 2 cars in first lane get serviced. Big white truck pulls up to 3rd lane then switches to 1st lane and a workers comes out to say move back to 3rd. I ask him when they plan on getting me in. He replies oh have you been here long. I laughed and replied are you serious. Tells me they were waiting on a part for car ahead of me. I replied oh so that wouldn't of been a good thing to bring up the second I pulled in. He says probably another 20 minutes and I replied nope you've wasted enough of my time and drove off
