I was impressed by how well he handled the entire process and how attentive he was. It's rare to find such fast and well-executed service. Persons working were super polite, thorough and generally happy and very concerned about my daughters car. It would be hard for me to pick somewhere else to do the maintenance that this Valvoline can do without it being free😁

Good service l, exorbitant price. Extra oil charge on top of paying for the extra oil absolutely insane. Double the price of any oil change I’ve ever had.

The workers were great and answered all my questions. They looked at my tire for me. They were patient with me when it came time to pay as I was having difficulties. However before having a coupon, it was $110 for an oil change when using their stuff!!! Next time I’m bringing my own!!!

Good place. Guys that work there super helpful got my oil changed. My husband drove while I painted my toe nails , the line was a few cars long when we got there to be expected on a beautiful Saturday afternoon. So we had a little wait time. They let me jam out to my music n hang my feet out my truck window!! They never told me to turn it down or hand n feet must be in ur vehicle ma''m!!! I loved that n was surprised so they have me as a returning customer for sure!!

DO NOT GET YOUR OIL CHANGE DONE HERE! My dad took his car here for an oil change and they left the oil filter loose the car leaked all the oil, after talking to the manager he said to bring back the car to check it out and if it was their fault, they would take it to the shop next door to make sure nothing was damaged. My dad took the car in and they did NOTHING they had said they would do, all they did was put in oil in the car. Now there is a big oil stain on the driveway, possible damage to the car and I have to pay for somebody to inspect the car for internal damage. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND FRUSTRATION AND GO PRETTY MUCH ANYWHERE ELSE!

I want this place to be good because it is so convenient due to my line of work. However, I have been here 4 times for basic oil changes and they have managed to mess up 2 of them which requires me to come back in wait in line and have them fix the issue. Messed up these oil changes to the point where oil was splattered all over my undercarriage, engine compartment and losing oil all over my driveway and garage. I now have time and money spent coming into the shop and on supplies to remove oil stains on my driveway. They were able to offer a free oil change after this last issue but I am hesitant to ever come back and use that coupon. Would recommend basically any other place.

Just moved to a city that has these valvolines. Someone recommended it to me I will always go back there are always so helpful and friendly and efficient and fast and reasonably priced and won't answer any questions that you have.

Went here on 3/3/24 had Ben help me with my oil change and he helped explain everything very thoroughly and was extremely knowledgeable with his knowledge and even was able to show me how to pop my hood in my new truck. The team here is very quick efficient and effective at their work. Antonio Josh and jayden and Diego all were able to assist I recommend coming here over anywhere else in town.

I went for a tire rotation . Told the employee what I needed he said ok, then proceeded to walk away and then turned around and told me they couldn't do it because there equipment was broke. Which was a huge lie! They where slammed busy and just wanted to get rid of any more work. This was very unprofessional . I will not be returning to this location again.
