I went in for a quick 15-minute oil change, but it ended up taking almost 45 minutes. In my opinion, they ask for too much personal information just for an oil change—one employee even took a picture of my license plate for no apparent reason. After the service, the guy told me I needed an oil change every 3,000 miles, which is inaccurate. I have a 2022 Jeep Gladiator, which doesn’t require an oil change until 5,000 to 7,000 miles. My oil change light came on around 2,800 miles after the initial change from Valvoline, and I’m not even sure if they actually changed the oil. I definitely won’t be coming back to this place again.

I will not go to this Valvoline ever again, I was there in Sept 2024 for an oil change, the service was not good, two coworkers were arguing over who used his tool while he was off, I realized after I left the attendant did not give me an actual receipt of service but and paper with car service recommendations, I had paid with a debit card with my correct last name (Robinson) the has (Ronnison), after a few I kept noticing message kept saying " change oil soon " my oil % was zero they never actual changed my oil or my filter, but I had already paid them. Today I went somewhere else and received and oil and filter change that filter was black as though it had not been changed in months and it had not, because the men at Valvoline on South Kirkman Rd surely did not did do it. I will not go there again. I used to have a very good experience whenever I went there not this time!!!

I always change oil at Kirkam Valveline, but from 2 months until today I have been very badly received in this store, the people have a closed face, rude, today, November 18th I waited 15 minutes to be served, and two cars that arrived later were served immediately, a lack of respect for the customer. terrible! horrible service

I came at 8:20am to get an oil change. I had one person ahead of me and I was in and out before 9am. Dexter was very helpful and walked me through the process. I am satisfied with the service.

I initially went to get an oil change today. They were quick and efficient. Juan and Leamsi helped me; both were great. Leamsi assisted me with my manufacture recommendations. I'd like to note Leamsi was extremely kind, informative and patient. I had quite a few questions. He explained everything I asked, and provided the clarity I needed to make a well informed decision. THIS is the type of service that should be modeled by mechanics and car shops. It'll keep me coming back!! He's a true gem at this location. I'm extremely grateful for my positive experience today! Whoever the supervisor is, please take notice of the great staff you have here!

They are slow. It supposed to be 10-15 minutes oil change and last time it took me 40+ minutes to be helped and another 30 minutes to get the oil changed.

They did not secure my oil pan correctly. My car was leaking oil. I would not recommend getting your oil changed here.
