Their customer service, attitude of the gentleman addressing my car needs, knowledge, suggestions he put forward and not musts or demands, caring for my vehicle and myself as if we were his only guests that day, he looked like and spoke with respect to me, and about his company and work performed. I utilise this valvoline on a frequent basis on both my vehicles. Always satisfied! Also I do enjoy the coupons. Miss. Garcia was prompt, informative and proficient. Under Mitchell the manager he and his team, Christian and Robert included, are stellar and Trustworthy. They informed me that it would be good to add battery grease to protect the terminals. I would and will highly recomment This Valvoline to all our friends. We are Westbrook Services and our fleet come here with over 210 employees.

En febrero puse un aceite por 7,000 mil millas pague por eso cuando vengo hoy tuve una discusión con el maneger porque pedi el mismo aceite que le puse la otra vez y me salieron que ellos no ponen aceite por más de 5.000 mil millas me cobraron por un aceite que nunca me pusieron y corri 2.000 mil millas por encima
