En febrero puse un aceite por 7,000 mil millas pague por eso cuando vengo hoy tuve una discusión con el maneger porque pedi el mismo aceite que le puse la otra vez y me salieron que ellos no ponen aceite por más de 5.000 mil millas me cobraron por un aceite que nunca me pusieron y corri 2.000 mil millas por encima

Got an oil change here the last 2 changes when I was in need of a quick oil change / filter replacement. Paid for full synthetic and filter replacement. When I went to change my oil on my own this time around, I noticed that the filter had NOT been changed on my last visit and had a date on it that matched my first change with them. I also noticed that the oil drain and the filter itself were on so tight that it was impossible for a person of my size to remove either of them without power tools which is excessively unnecessary. Will never be returning to any valvoline for the rest of my life. Learn how to change your own oil it is quite easy.

On 9.26.24 I came to have my battery changed. I was advised through advance auto to bring it to the shop being I have 2014 jetta volkswagon. I spoke to Mitchell, the manager and informed him that once the battery is to be removed you need a special device to make sure the computer is set properly. Mitchell stated that he could do the job and the battery is a normal battery. My car was fully functional prior to the battery change. As he was changing the battery, he did not put my car on a machine, he was providing a teaching tutorial to Angel and 2 other reps. The machine utilized was to check the year and model of my car. Once the job was complete, I paid for the service. I attempted to move forward and turn the corner from the garage, and the breaks did not work. I immediately pulled back into the garage without leaving the premises. Mitchell, angel and the other 2 techs attempted to figure the issue. made calls and no result. He was very rude and mean by saying he can not fix it and hes closing yp. As a professional you should provide the customer with direction Not to mention the weather is bad due. If he didnt have the machine, to fix it l, why tale my money. Mitchell said he did everything he could do and refused to make an incident report or to call the regional manager. He said I can make a claim but he can't do anything or provide a solution. He said I have to leave the premises. I informed him that I am calling the police to make a report being he refused to make a incident report.. I stood in the back parking lot while Angel was nice enough to request for me to attempt to drive the car in a circle being Angel as a technician does not even have the knowledge to how to turn it on or off as per his words on a foreign vehicle which is push start. While speaking with 911, on a recorded line Angel the tech, stated on a recorded line that valvoline does not have a diagnostic machine or a a tool that can even make sure it was proper. Valvolines employee stated that they could not do the work. The police provided me a case number and stated it's a civil matter. Angel was very professional and apologized that they messed up. I did not ask or request a refund for the battery. I am only asking to fix what is incorrect in order for my breaks to work. As a mother of 2 children, in inclement weather l, their is no reason why you would perform work your not certified to do and or have the tools to do in put families in jeopardy.
