Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Your team members were very friendly. But I noticed a problem with my cars oil pressure while still in the bay. They reassured me that the oil just has to settle. Well my car is acting up now and my oil pressure is stay in the low area and has even stopped running on me 3 times since leaving your location. I will never recommend anyone to go to a Valvoline nor will I ever return to do business at a Valvoline.

I specifically asked for my washer fluid to be refilled. I was assured it would be. When reactivating my car the vendor still showed low. They assured me it was refilled. I assumed it hasn’t reset. I got home and reactivated my car and censor still showed low. I opened my hood and it was almost empty. I was boldly lied too. I haven’t had my washer fluid refilled in last 6 visits. Water is free at restaurants. Why are you guys gate keeping something as cheap as water when I spend $100 every visit for 4 bottles of $10 oil? I was lied to so they could save face or 30 seconds of extra work filling my washer fluid container. wtf?

The level of service received is far superior to any “quick” oil change in the same area. The communication between the staff and customer is wonderful. I’ve tried other places that may have been a little bit faster or cheaper and they simply do not provide the same quality of service or product.

Ever since the advent,and mainstreaming of synthetic oil on the market, I have tried various oil change places for the past few years... dependent on what coupon I could find. And my experiences at these places were all over the place. Consistency was always found by me at this facility. So I've decided over the last year to make it my go to place and I intend on keeping it that way in the future. One time there was a line out the door and they didn't want me to wait so they changed my oil right there in the driveway using the old fashioned Jack and pan.I was impressed. I like their system of post inspection to make sure that everything is where it should be and they didn't forget to put something back like the dipstick etc. I'm super happy with this business and will continue My patronage with them, and I suggest you do too.

I pulled in to get my oil changed and they were servicing someone else. The guys were very attentive to my arrival and a employee came to speak to me about what I wanted and how long before I would get serviced.( 10 mins) Unfortunately before they got to me I had to leave no fault of theirs and I was not there longer than the 10 mins he told me. I got the employees attention to let him know I had to go and he was understanding. I didn't feel a sense of guilt in having to leave without service because the employees demeanor was very pleasant and for that I give this place 5 stars for attentive , calm, welcoming, and understanding workers!

First-time experience was amazing. I was first in line at 8am opening for an oil change, they were quick and thorough. Being a woman who is not knowledgeable of car servicing, the worker Sam, was very patient and detailed in his explanations. I enjoyed my experience and will definitely come back again.

My first time was in April 2024. Very nice staff and fast service. They worked fast under the heat to get my car in and out quickly. Came back today because of the positive experience. Samuele, the manager was very nice, patience and professional. However, the guy that was working in front of the car was rude. He was making jokes and being sarcastic about how he guided me in and out of the service area and the way he showed me how clean the oil after the oil change was very condescending. He informed me that my tire pressure was very low and he had put air in them but doesn't seem like that was done.

I recently got my break lights replaced. The service took less than 15 minutes, it was also less than $30 to replace the lights, & the staff were very professional. Highly recommend this spot for somewhere cheap and quick to replace break and tail lights.

I'd like to shout out to Samuele and his crew at the Lake Underhill location! Those guys and gal work very hard under this Florida heat. Very nice, friendly and at the same time professional people that work there. I just discovered them about a month ago. Had an oil change a few weeks ago, just the other day had a tire rotation and even had my cabin air filter replaced and believe me it needed it! Thank you Valvoline at Lake Underhill! You all are awesome!!
