Valvoline Instant Oil Change

This place DESTROYED my oil drain plug when they used THREAD LOCKER on it and the ROUNDED OFF the BOLT HEAD on the drain plug like a bunch of incompetents trying to remove it with IMPROPER TOOLS and INADEQUATE TRAINING. The claimed I did it. LOL. I haven't been under my car in 10 years, at least not until now to discover what they did. I have PHOTOS of the BLUE THREAD LOCKER on the drain plug bolt, and I will post photos of how they DESTROYED THE DRAIN PLUG. I hate working on cars but because these fools are SO INCOMPETENT, and so vile in trying to keep me from working on my own car (using thread locker, replacing my drain plug with a smaller bolt size aftermarket plug, rounding off the bolt) now I have no choice. I spent 3 HOURS today UNDER THE CAR FIXING THEIR MESS. I had to grind the plug back to square-ish and then torch it to blazing to expand the aluminum oil pan around it and pry it loose with a 2-foot bar and a seized-bolt-extractor. NIGHTMARE. THEY WILL RUIN YOUR CAR. STAY AWAY FROM THIS VALVOLINE - Corner of Semoran 436 at Old Cheney Hwy. In fact, I will be avoiding ALL VALVOLINE EVERYTHING - all shops, all VALVOLINE PRODUCTS, EVERYTHING. These people LIE to your FACE and DENY RESPONSIBILITY. DISGUSTING!

Great place to go for an oil change. Friendly and timely. Also checked my lights and found a brake light was out. Definitely important to fix! Also checked the air filter. Great service. Highly recommend.

Joseph is amazing, always tending to my car even if I don’t know the vehicle needs it! It’s always so quick and efficient, and they are always professional and friendly when I go to Valvoline. I have a Jiffy right next to my home and I still drive down a few miles for this place. Never going anywhere else.

The guys here went above and beyond with my oil change and wiper replacement. My battery ended up dying and they were able to replace that too! The guys are very knowledgeable and professional. Andre, Jacob, and especially manager Joseph went above and beyond my expectations!

I came in for a oil change due to other locations not supporting my car. My car lowered and their pit allowed service for lowered vehicles. I was met with the smiling faces of the friendly staff. They were happy to assist me, made me feel comfortable and excited to get my car worked on by them. Joseph the manager was the best of them all. He helped inform me with all the work my car needed on top of and oil change. They serviced my tire pressure and made sure my car was in the best shape possible. Joseph offered suggestions on what to fix other then my oil without making me feel pressured to buy. He was very knowledgeable on all aspects of services and answered all my questions. This is the chick-fil-a of vehicle services. Joseph made it feel like I was getting work done by a family member. Being completely professional and friendly. I recommend this highly to everyone looking to get work on their vehicles.

He is very professional and knowledgeable and explained in detail I also needed my radiator flushed in order to keep my vehicle running in good condition. They never try to sell you something extra.
