I have received the worst service I have ever had this employee wants to yell and tell me to go somewhere else because I want regular oil not the one that’s 82 dollars I tell him why can’t I use the one I want and he tells me I can’t I have to get the one that’s 81.99 and continue to argue about it

There was a line. Waited for my turn. They came to me and asked me if I was here before another car that pulled 15 min after me from the other side. I said yes and dude looks at me like i was lying and then they they still let the other car go in front of me. Then I went next door to Jiffy lube and told him what happened and even they said I was there first. Was going to spend the most expensive oil change there. Hope they look at the cameras so they can see who was there first. Never using them again.

Amazing service! Amazing Team! I let the team know I would be driving long distance and that the vehicle hadn’t be serviced in awhile and specific things I knew I wanted done. They did what I asked and did not try to upsell me on anything. I thoroughly appreciated that since I was already having to do so much to get this vehicle up to par. They made sure I left in a safe vehicle, explained everything to me, and let me know what to look for in the future even knowing they wouldn’t be my primary location.

I have been a Valvoline customer for many years. When kenny use to work here things were good but now this people talk more than work. Replying back to owner comment, its not s first come serve base because i got there befire another car and they were served first
