First time taking my vehicle to Valvoline I highly recommend to all the state of fla to go they all are very,very knowledgeable and courteous.duane explained all I needed to know about my vehicle and I greatly appreciate Mark he is awesome and they all work so very hard to please their customers.i promise you will not regret going to valvoline they are very professional.thank you guys I will be back

Charged 200$ for AC service that failed after a couple minutes back to warm air. Went back next day and they said too bad for you go to an AC place. 30 day guarantee they verbally said came with service but took absolutely no responsibility at all. They actually stole that money from me when they test first to see if any other problems besides needing coolant. They need to do so much better. Theives.
