Really bad service. Take forever to let you know wish line you need to go. They never check the water levels, tire pressure, air filter, etc they don’t check anything and they even reset the oil level on the car . Very expensive and bad service

Very unprofessional staff, they set me up in a lane and I waited over 45 mins for a 10 min oil change. They allowed 2 other cars to go before me that came after I did. I’ve been going to this shop since they opened. Today is my last day.

First time I have ever pulled right in to a VIOC! I have never gotten my oil change on my KIA anywhere else besides a VIOC.

I typically don’t write many reviews but after my experience at this location I felt like I had to. Came in this morning to get an oil change in my company vehicle and was greeted by this young kid ( didn’t catch his name). The manager John walks up to the computer, opens my door scans it and just walks away and then the young kid starts working on my truck. I look at the screen and see he put conventional oil to be used for service and I always use full synthetic but John never asked me what I wanted or offered me any other kinds of service. I tell the young kid not to put conventional oil and to use full synthetic so he changed it on the screen because John walked away already. I watch this young kid try for a long time struggling to get my air filter out. The other employees looked at him and watched him struggling instead of offering to help. You could tell this kid was new and inexperienced but I don’t blame him as he obviously has no leadership at that location I felt so bad for him. No way would I work for someone that just walks away from customers and obviously doesn’t care about his staff. If John would have checked everything and done this right he could of had a big sale but instead he clicked the cheapest oil change and then walked away. If a district manager reads this review and is wondering why that location is failing it’s because you have a terrible manager at that location so there is no leadership, training or accountability at that location. The entire time I was there I felt like I was just a nuisance, the young kid was the only person that spoke to me and made me feel welcomed. I will not be returning to this location and this is exactly why.

Beyond slow. Sat in line for an hour and the vehicles in front of me never moved. No updates by the employees. Horrible experience. Absolutely nothing fast about going here.

I have not done a drive thru oil change place before. The 2 gentleman there assisted me and checked my car thoroughly. Giving me clean filters and checked my tire pressure along with life of my battery. They also check to make sure all my lights were working. The workers were very polite

Amazing Service! Came in for a oil change and battery replacement. Then had a coolant tube break in the bay and they made sure that it was taken care of before I left. Above and beyond. Thank you to John and the whole team who helped. :)

These guys went above and beyond! Went for an oil change, and the oil filter would not come out, from over-tightening from my dealer service. They stayed longer, and worked hard to get the issue resolved. Amazing!
