Beyond slow. Sat in line for an hour and the vehicles in front of me never moved. No updates by the employees. Horrible experience. Absolutely nothing fast about going here.

Amazing Service! Came in for a oil change and battery replacement. Then had a coolant tube break in the bay and they made sure that it was taken care of before I left. Above and beyond. Thank you to John and the whole team who helped. :)

I came in a couple of weeks ago for an oil change. John was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He let me know that my battery had been leaking among a couple of other things. This saved me some longterm repair costs. Thank you!

I have not done a drive thru oil change place before. The 2 gentleman there assisted me and checked my car thoroughly. Giving me clean filters and checked my tire pressure along with life of my battery. They also check to make sure all my lights were working. The workers were very polite

These guys went above and beyond! Went for an oil change, and the oil filter would not come out, from over-tightening from my dealer service. They stayed longer, and worked hard to get the issue resolved. Amazing!

Bad, bad!! They have 3 guys working on the site and all three of them are working on one car at the same time; we waste our time waiting here. They should hire more staff.

This is the slowest Valvoline service I have ever received. It took over an hour to get an oil change. Do yourself a favor, and go to a different location.

Second visit for oil change and tire rotation. Both times I was told they cannot do tire rotation due to a hydraulic failure. This time their “guy” was in Georgia for the weekend. I was then directed to another VIOC location on JYP. Upon arrival, I was told they cannot do a tire rotation either. I’m so glad I wasted my time with this company. Don’t make the same mistake!!
