Had a great experience here. Thank you Christopher for explaining in detail what would benefit me and ensuring top quality work. I didn't get to see Marquis but he and Chris completed the service and post-checks lightning fast and communication within this team of men was superb. They were quick, efficient, and quality focused in all of their tasks calling out across the shop to handle customers

I first wrote a bad review because I don’t like change but that’s not their fault! I went today and had the best experience! And they had a coupon! Saved money on my oil change and had a great experience thank you! Btw I love that you don’t have to get out your car! And they break the prices down to you!

It was my first time visiting this location since the change of ownership. I payed $120.00 dollars for an oil change which I thought was pretty expensive but I paid it. I was expecting a better quality of service and product which i paid. No more than 10 days would pass by before noticing that my steering wheel was tight and I was hearing a grinding sound as I turned my wheel. I pop my hood and I check the power steering reservoir to find that there was absolutely no fluid at all. In disbelief that there would be no fluid because I had paid $120 for what I thought was better service and quality product. I would return back to the service center to ask for clarification of services that’s being offered base on what I paid. I walk into what was the waiting area and I asked for some help only to be greeted by an unprofessional staff member by the name of “ James “ who mislead me to believe that he worked as a receptionist and he could help but later found out he was a Mechanic and he didn’t assist with my questions at all. He was being very short, standoffish and problematic. He would soon call on to a manager to assist me because he couldn’t actually answer my questions I’m assuming cause he didn’t attempt to help me. The Manager was very helpful, he had inspected the problem to ultimately add fluid to my vehicle. He apologized repeatedly for the negligence on behalf of the staff members that service my vehicle. This is not an establishment that I would recommend if you’re looking for good service and quality work.

Super quick service. Take you through step by step what they are looking for & how they are going to do it. Don’t make you feel bad for not knowing all about your car & explain using terms anyone not car savvy can understand!

Loved these guys! Great service! I just moved to Philly & will be returning here as my regular spot. I showed up 15-20 mins before they were closing and was expecting a rushed oil change and to be sent on my way. These guys did all the maintenance checks and suggested things I needed despite the fact that I came at the end of their shift and they were wrapping up, great attitudes from the gentlemen I met here. Would recommend to anyone in need of an oil change

The guys at this shop seemed very professional. Helpful in answering all of my questions. They were In constant communication with each other every step of the job and provided excellent service. Didn't even have to get out of my vehicle for an oil change along with the air filter and an transmission fluid change. Prices were actually ok. In and out service but with care. Good spot.

Attention for everybody, please be careful on this location they are lying. I asked for full centric oil change they forget to change oil filter. They broke my AC to before he checked the AC as was working perfect when he check it after a day it’s not working.

The prices have gone way up and you're getting less for what you're paying for an oil change. The old team is here but some weird ugly black dude in bay 1 kept trying to force me to change my air filter I think he slow fr but I wish the owners of lubemaster didn't sell the place honestly.

Have been coming to this shop since I got my license when I was 17 for regular oil changes because they are honest, fairly priced and never had a bad experience so I was a little disappointed that they changed ownership, however it is all the same workers and they still do a five star job. Literally the only thing that changed is the name and you don't even have to get out of your car now. It's the same people doing the same honest work they've been doing for years, I will still be a loyal customer they've helped every car I've ever had stay running they have earned my business

Never again will I visit this location or any for that matter. I was surprised that the original owners had sold their shop to Valvoline and an oil change with a new air intake filter ran me $154. I rather do my own oil change and just dispose the oil at Autozone right across the street and I could do this 3 times for that same amount.
