I respect this oil change company. They don't try to overcharge you or recommend services to your vehicle unless it is very necessary. They will, in writing, suggest needed work in the future. As they are doing the oil change, they will ask you questions before doing anything. In and out is a breeze. Prices can not be beat. Excellent customer service!

Amazing customer service. Even my 13 year old son pointed out how nice and friendly the team was and how well they addressed our needs. We were not pressured at all to purchase anything, our wiper fluid was filled, and oil change and tire rotation was quick and efficient.

I pulled around back of your location at 204 Costco drive Robinson Pa. 15205 on Monday 12/9/24 at about 8am. There was a pickup truck blocking the doors. I pulled in around it and up to a door. A female wearing glasses comes from behind a door in the building with a drink in her hand at an open bay, looks at me from in the building and gives me a hand gesture and look like over here dumb ass where the door is open. Now i have been to Valvoline before and have usually had to move to a different bay, someone always comes out and asks me to move to whatever bay the want me at. I just left and did not get my oil changed there.

Sat for 45 mins in line to be told when it was my turn that they closed the line beside me and I had to move for the lady who had been there just as long as me. I complained and kid said we can refuse to service you. Terrible service

Anthony was the MOST positive and knowledgable employee I met all day shopping. He added air to my tires for winter storage. He even wiped my hood to make sure there were no spots. As long as Anthony is there I will be a customer. Thanks Anthony, Don.

EDIT: changing rating based on today’s experience with the gentleman in Bay 1 at 10 am. He didn’t bother to check the filter, battery, fluids, tire pressure, or any light safety checks. He barely performed the oil change and couldn’t direct the car into the bay. Please retrain this employee or send him to another location. Previous Review: Great job today! This team is always efficient and quick. Thank you.

I always change my oil here. They did not admit their mistakes. When I came to change the oil, they opened the protector and didn't put it back. I told them, my defender, where put it back in place. They didn't admit it.

So I went to valvoline today with my jeep patriot and tried to get a simple tire rotation was told that my front left tires lug nut was stuck and that it’s just the fact that it’s a Chrysler product and this happens frequently with jeeps gave me no clear explanation on which nut exactly it was or nothing or why it was stuck in the first place seems like they just diddnt want to put effort in to try to remove it very unprofessional.

Staff is super friendly, quick and I never had a problem when they check my car. I also needed an air filter and was given an 50% discount for the filter! Very happy

The only reason i gave them a 1 star is because it wouldnt let me leave it blank. I got an oil change and my oil plug was leaking. They did not tell me and when i took my car to be looked at, the garage had to replace my oil plug and give me another oil change. I called Valvoline and was told they would refund what i paid. This was 3 months ago and i still have gotten nothing. I definenatly do NOT recommend them to anyone

Sprayed coolant all over my engine (which smells great as it burns off), damaged my air cleaner housing, slammed my hood, yelling at other customers...only the cashier lady was at all professional. 10/10 location is now 2/10. I guess I got the D team this time.
