The person that helped me the day I went to get my oil change was great. He was very helpful and nice. The biggest thing I liked was the amount of time I was there maybe 15 minutes and my time is very valuable so I appreciate that.

Amazing experience was in and out within 25 minutes they checked everything and made sure all fluids were topped off along with my tires I normally do my oil changes myself but that might change permanently for the convenience!

When the mechanic changed my oil he used a pump to suck the oil out instead of someone going underneath my car and draining it from below like most shops do. Ive never seen this technique used for an oil change. What this also means is that no one actually changed my oil filter necause I have a plate that protects my oil filter and I heard no tools being used underneath my truck to remive that plate which means they could not have changed the filter. My truck is a 2009 and now the service engine soon light is on and in the 12 years I've owned this vehicle that light has never lit up on my dash until 3 days AFTER bringing my car here for service. I find this totally unacceptable and want a respomse from management about what we will do to rectify this situation.

Great service, staff is really friendly. Always get a good deal here and doesn’t take very long at all. They really know what they are doing here and will make sure everything is done correctly and won’t try and get you to purchase things you don’t need, I really hate when places try to do that.

Scott was very knowledgeable, polite, upbeat, and pleasant. The service was fast, efficient, and explained well. I also listened and watched as the entire team communicated clearly and efficiently while working on 3 vehicles safely. Great team.

Over $100 for oil change is robbery. 5 quarts Walmart full synthetic oil for $20 and a $5 oil filter. You do the math

Pulled in around 445 Saturday afternoon to get my oil changed. I was guided in by the topside worker who was a little rough and impatient with me as the CSR was trying to talk with me about what kind of oil I needed since it's been a a year or two since I went to Valvoline. During my conversation with the CSR I was sharply told to pop my hood . I was still trying to hear what the CSR recommendation on the oil was so I was asked again in more a of rude tone to pop the hood. It was also the same deal with Turing my car off. He kinda of rudely told me twice to turn it off all while the CSR was still talking with me and he wanted me to open my door so he could scan something. Then thier was a problem with him correctly taking down my email and I belive this made the topside guy more irritated with me. We finally decided that the full synthetic which is the most expensive would be best for my car. I totally understand it was a miserable hot day and almost the end of it so that's human emotion to get like that. But I also run a restaurant 6 days a week under very stressful, and hot conditions about 12 hours a day so I didn't appreciate feeling rushed and stressed on my day off. The oil change came to $109 but the CSR helped me out with a little coupon that made the total around $100 after taxes which was nice of him. A couple other thing is my engine air filter was never checked because they said they did have the correct tool to check it. It also says on my invoice that my check engine light was reset but that never happened. Plus I had to tell them to set the tires at 38 psi because they had them at 35. It says 36 on my invoice but it makes me wonder if everything else listed was actually checked or just blindly filled out. When I pay a premium price I expect more of a premium experience
