Really fast! It's nice that you get to stay in your car the whole time. Especially if you have kids. Total was $98 for oil change, replacing filter, filling my tires, and fixing a dim headlight I had. They even reset the programing in my car for me and showed me where it was in the menu. Very worth it for me.

Collin was amazing, super professional, and very friendly. Valvoline management: this guy is great. Also the whole staff was very quick. They immediately brought me in, answered any questions, and had my oil changed fast. Didn’t have to get out of the car or have an appointment. Definitely coming back to these all again.

Don’t waste your time with these people. Price not much different than dealership even with $25 coupon. Before they pulled it in garage I asked tech if he knew how to reset oil change msg on computer and was told yes. Screwed it all up and shut off MPH setting instead. The 15-20 min I saved, I spent in owners manual figuring out how to reset computer.

It was very quick and courteous service! Greg was very kind and answered my questions quickly and gave me the right advice. Other members were also very quick to change my oil and make sure my battery was in good condition. I'll definitely come back!

What a great experience, Saturday morning around 10am and pulled right in. You stay in the car and team works fast all around your car. They are feiendly, efficient and walk you through everything. They only do the work that is needed and do not pressure you at all. Will definitely use this place again for oil change, cabin filter change and tire rotations. Highly recommend thisnlocation and the friendly crew here.

I needed an oil change, the customer service here was amazing. They were not pushy, but let me know which maintenance my car will need in the upcoming months. I dealt with Collin, as well as another mechanic that did the oil change. I will definitely come back to this location for more services.

Visited this location on 8/8/24 and had the worst experience at a Valvoline and I’ve been using this company as a whole for all my services since 2009 and with every vehicle! I went in for a synthetic blend full service oil change and the technician didn’t screw in my oil filter properly which caused my vehicle to leak all of the oil back out and it got all over exhaust which caused massive smoke clouds on my vehicle that is barely 3yrs old. I then had the task of trying to get back to the location on McKnight rd which is no easy task when you have no oil pressure and your vehicle is trying to enter safety mode. Once I arrived the employee whom tried to take responsibility was pushed to the side and Store Manager said it was a faulty part. With that being said he should have just owned up to the mistake because what he said sounds worse! You are basically saying you didn’t inspect the part before you put it on my vehicle?! With all that said this location almost destroyed my vehicle and I came for the service that is in the name of the company which is an “Oil Change”! After being a dedicated customer for 15 years with this company, I will be taking my business somewhere else. I hope this helps the next person avoid the experience I received!

I needed an oil change, and was also concerned about the air conditioning, as it wasn't blowing cool air. Collin was extremely nice and extremely helpful. He walked me through the entire process, and kept giving me updates as they did the work. Highly recommend, and will be back again!

Stay away from the bald dude with the little earnings named Greg. He’s miserable and mad at the world that he had to show up for work. I’ve never encountered such an angry person. Screaming at me on how to pull my car in. Just angry and extremely rude. Literally pulled in the lot smiling and almost drove off without an oil change because of this man. He stood in front of my car and stared at me like he was going to intimidate me. That’s bad for business right there. I’m literally shaking writing this review right now. Huge shout out to Ran who rectified the situation. Decent place but Greg is going to ruin a lot of customer satisfaction. Guaranteed.
