I always love going to this location. It's close to my home, the people are always friendly and helpful. I was more than happy to pay the $10 fee to install a hard-to-reach bulb because they make it so easy!

Everyone is so friendly and they explain all the necessary services. I have always liked going to this location. At times the staff has gone above and beyond the expected service. I would recommend them to anyone with a car!

The techs were very informative and helpful. They didn't miss anything inregards to asking about services on my car. The printer was down and the tech had taken the time to hand write out the services and prices of next items to address

I just like to say the guys were really cool. I looked for some ads they help me put my discount which I really appreciate it. I like to say if you want a place to come get your oil changed this is a spot. They really checked everything with the tire pressure I feel like they really did what they needed to do so I was really impressed.

I don’t like many people working on my car due to past history and I let him know that. He listened to my concerns and made sure to let me know I was in good hands. Last Sunday 9/22/2024 I took my car to get an oil change. The crew was very nice and I was treated well. Here is the problem. I paid 140 something dollars to have an oil change, filters changed and all my fluids topped off. This is what they did, oil was changed and filters changed. BUT they didn’t refill any of the fluids, they messed up the bottom of my car panel which was loose and barely hanging on. On Monday on the way to work driving on a freeway the car’s bottom panel made a rattling, flapping noise, I thought something was wrong with the engine. I took my car to Valvoline in Tigard location. The technician there told me Weidler Valvoline location did not refill the fluids and the did not fasten the bottom panel correctly. Are you kidding me? I am a woman who depends on my car daily and gets oil changes to prevent issues. This is a significant error on this locations techs. Avoid this location at all cost they are shady and sloppy. Especially if you are a person who depends on this business establishment to keep your car safe.

This is my place. I trust them. I have sent my kids to them. I stop in every time before I head out of town: they refill my tires, top off my oil and reassure me that everything will be fine on my trip. These are my #people. They have taken care of me well. I have had several #new vehicles (with warranty's required to go to the service dealership and had such horrible service. I'm extremely grateful to be back HOME.

So while I thought my techs were polite and helpful, I’m giving this review due to the fact that when I was checking my k&n air filter a few days after the oil change I found my transmission dipstick just loose on top of my engine. I totally understand they were really busy when I came in but this is kinda ridiculous.

I found this place to be absolutely fantastic! No waiting. The manager and team working there were amazing, expert, quick and friendly. There was no slimy upselling or price gouging. They had wonderful coupons on their website and the whole thing took less than 10 minutes! If any of you have ever had bad experiences with oil change places, this shop, this location, the manager Malik his entire team are the anecdote!! Highly recommend!!

These young gents are well organized and take their job serious. Don’t usually do corporate oil changes but all the local shops were booked out. And we took the risk - it was worth it. They did a good job and communicated well with us and their team along the way. Good job team

Despite the place being VERY busy and short-staffed, they were able to help me with what I needed and get me in and out of there in less time than I expected. Question I went few days a ago to refile my AC gas but I am still with the problem with the AC not cooling. I went to Valvoline because I thought maybe it was the Gas but after refiling the AC I continued with the problem. Can I request my money back ?

They have a routine, and they follow their routine. Andy and Jade were fantastic and friendly. Never go in without taking a coupon with you! Use the app! The wait time can be off if they have not been able to get everybody checked in who is waiting waiting. This is the kind of place where if you tell them that you forgot your coupon, they will give you a little discount. Every little bit helps. Clearly, the manager has trained the staff very well.

This was a fabulous experience. The team are nice, friendly and communicative. I explained how I was sorry but my drivers side window did not go down. Not an issue unlike JiffyLube. I was allowed to drive my vehicle into the bay and wait in my vehicle while they worked, unlike jiffylube. They listened when I said I was there for an oil change and n m nothing else and did not try to upsell me on other products or shame me for not changing air filter or window wipers. Something jiffylube always does. Seeing a pattern. It was a good experience and done fast. Jaden and DeAna were very helpful and professional. I hope to work with other mechanics like them in the future.
