Have had a previous positive experience with Mason at the gresham location and saw he had moved to this location when I brought my car in for service. Again it was a positive experience and I appreciate how he and his staff explained everything to me. I was in and out quickly! Will refer and highly recommend!

Excellent service, got my work truck taken care of, and the manager was extremely helpful in dealing with our company's fleet management service and the hoops they make people jump through. Will definitely return.

Mason was super helpful. Made me feel confident he had my best interest in mind and wasn't trying to rip me off at all 💯 Cheapest price for an oil change I could find in Portland, only $75 with coupon

The store manager Mason was great as well as the staff. They were informative and extremely kind. If you’d like good service and a time efficient job well done come to this Valvoline. . This is the best service I’ve had with an oil change. :D .

El día 9/21/2024 fui a este lugar a cambiar el aceite y refrigerante de mi coche y me cambiaron una abrazadera de la manguera del refrigerante y quedó con escape, fui al rato la revisaron y la dejaron igual, al día siguiente mi choche estaba sin refrigerante, fui al mismo lugar y le colocaron la abrazadera original y no quisieron poner más refrigerante, la verdad no recomiendo este lugar.

The auto technicians are always so friendly and personable. They’re suggesting options for my car maintenance such as replacing air filters and windshield wipers. They definitely show an interest in my visit experience.

best location i’ve been to! the entire staff was kind and efficient! they work fast but not in a way that makes you feel like they just want you out. they do their job efficiently and they’re all very friendly.

Went in for an oil change and general touch up and had THE BEST service I could have received. Big shout out to store manager Mason, who answered every question, showed me comparisons of my old products to the new ones, and explained everything at every step. Not to mention adding discount after discount! All staff at this location was friendly, helpful and timely. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Go to this location if you can!

Staff is so polite and helpful and don’t man-splain which i find is usually a problem at car repair shops. they were so quick and gave me a full rundown of my car and what needs to be done.

I had a great experience at this location. I called in advance and got a $25 off coupon delivered to my phone. When showed up the staff was great, particularly the main person who handled my service (I think his name was Tyson?). Everyone was fast and really friendly. They set expectations clearly, answered all of my questions and made sure I knew how my vehicle was doing. Thanks!
