Always the nicest people, even when there is a long line they make sure to always be super friendly. They make sure communication is clear and effective! They are very thorough and make sure to check everything. Jim is usually there when I go, excellent customer service.

I went to Valvoline for a mandatory DEQ inspection to renew my registration. The staff was very friendly and professional. They offered complementary fluid checks as well as tire pressure. I appreciate that The entire service took less than 20 minutes.

Service With A Smile! We came here to make sure our car was road worthy for our trip to California. Assistant manager Jim greeted us with a smile. He got us in and out with no hassles, made sure he ticked all the right boxes by asking questions, listened to our concerns and was super efficient, upbeat and cordial. It felt super good to be in his care. Would visit this service station again with no hesitation.

Valvoline charged me $55 for a cabin air filter that I can find online for $12. This is ridiculous. I have been going to Valvoline for years and will now find another business to provide this service.

I was pretty impressed during my visit. The staff were very friendly and clearly experienced. They did a nice job and did it quickly. The price was fair and competitive with other quick change chains.

overall it was a great experience. the only reason i'm not giving 5 stars is because the assistant manager who was helping me being being rude and condescending to other members of the staff which i don't find acceptable.

I brought my RV to get serviced. Technician, Breezy, asked me to put in my mirrors and then he would guide me into the bay. He waved me forward and said to keep coming, I was nervous without my mirrors but he assured me he would guide me. I went super slow and he kept motioning me to come forward, for over 5ft he didn’t notice the awning was being scraped on the building until it finally snapped the end of the awning, which I heard and put on my brakes. The manager on duty , Savannah and Jim (who came in from off duty) said no problem we will take care of the damage, it’s our fault. Next morning new manager who wasn’t on site when it happened, Jay Jackson said they would not pay. Unethical, and a disgrace to Valvoline. DON’T GO HERE!!! I just got a response from Valvoline customer care denying my claim, don’t be fooled by the response that Valvoline did anything to rectify the situation.

Love this Valvoline. Never very busy, and quick service when they are. They always give the facts of what’s needed on my car, but don’t push anything with annoying sales tactics. Got a few services today and Brizzy helped us - he was friendly, explained the services as they were delivered, etc. Definitely recommend this branch and Valvoline in general.

This company deserves ZERO STARS!!!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE and NO ACCOUNTABILITY!!! I had an AWFUL experience at this location that I feel compelled to share to warn others. I brought my RV in for a routine oil change, and the staff directed me into the bay, instructing me to bring my mirrors in. This meant I had to rely entirely on their guidance. Unfortunately, due to their poor directions, the side of my RV was hit. The staff on-site immediately apologized, claiming they would take care of the damage. They seemed genuinely sorry, which gave me some reassurance. However, the next day when I called to speak with the manager Jay Jackson, everything changed. The manager flat-out refused to take any accountability for the incident and informed me they would not cover any of the repair costs. Jay Jackson was rude , disrespectful and a liar! This level of unprofessionalism and lack of responsibility is unacceptable. I trusted them with my vehicle, and their negligence caused damage that they are now refusing to address. I strongly advise against using this company for any services, as they clearly do not stand by their promises or their word. Save yourself the hassle and find a reputable place that actually values its customers. Then Customer care reached out after my friend wrote a review and said they will look into it but again this is just more lies. They say one thing and do another ! The customer care service responds to negative reviews to make YOU THINK they will do something to rectify the situation, but then when you follow through with the claim number…you get the same response…accepting no accountability and rejecting the claim. DONT GO HERE!!!

Went at the perfect time and drove right in no wait. Got my DEQ test and an oil change in under 30 minutes. Saved me the hassle of having to be without my car like I normally would be had my mechanic done the oil instead. The manager was on point and every step of the way they verified the work done and the price of things. Will definitely do again!

My oil light came on, and I was nowhere near my go-to mechanic shop that I've been loyal to for many years. I called and spoke to someone really helpful on the phone and was offered coupons. I was a little skeptical, and once I arrived, I was well taken care of. They checked everything and topped off all my fluids. They were really thorough. I ended up getting 1 qt of oil, my AC filter replaced that was filthy, and I knew my AC had not been blowing cold air that well, so they were able to take care of all three things. Breezy was fast and efficient.

Rude as hell. Jay the manager gave me attitude the whole time and treated me like I’m stupid. Yelled at me when he told me to straighten my wheel? Will NOT be coming back and do not recommend.
