Went in for an oil change early in the morning, and the team there was great! Got it done within 20 minutes. The guys there were friendly as well. 10/10 service! Shoutout to the morning team!

Edit- 11.15.24: My second time here, and it was less than 15 min. Yall are FAST and professional every time, and I really appreciate that! Keep up the fantastic work! Please give them all a raise! Edit- 2023: Stopped by for a quick oil change for my 21 Lexus NX 300H. Very positive experience. Was going to purchase an air filter but was told to wait until next oil change since it's not dirty enough. Thanks for saving me money and for the amazing customer service. Happy New Year!!

Got my oil changed from this company multiple times, the most recent time being September 5, 2024. Customer service is great however later on in September my engine started knocking and making noises and stopped working on me, I went to get a diagnostic done after having to get my car towed and was told that my car didn’t have enough oil in it and that some metal shavings were found in the oil chamber. I did notice a leak from the bottom of my car a week later after the oil change but being a busy body I ignored it because nothing popped up on my dashboard indicating an issue which has never been a problem with my car. All this to say, my claim was denied, now I’m out of a car I just got 1 year ago thanks to this place. The kicker of all this is the manager of the company tried to say I burned the oil out fast when I only drive 20 minutes from my house everyday to work and then tried to blame my car.

I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO VALVOLINE. I've been a customer for over a decade and too much oil was put in my car. This is not good for the vehicle! It happened and was caught while I was there and they proceeded to empty the oil and refill it. It was still high but I let it sit overnight and checked the oil the next day before running my vehicle. The oil still came back high on the dipstick about 1/4 inch over the top circle. I went back to Valvoline and spoke with the assistant manager who serviced my car the day before. They didn't seem to think this was an issue. I can't trust the quality of service that my car will be taken care of as it's supposed to be. They will never see me again!

Oil change service was quick and transparent pricing. Matt was very thorough and professional. Definitely will return for our next oil change/inspection! Update: not deducting a star but their next oil change suggestion is overly aggressive for synthetic oil. Most modern vehicles do not need their oil changed every 6 months

Typically I avoid Valvoline because of their prices. But today I had no other options available. Braeden and Isaiah (hope my spelling is accurate) at this location were Rockstars and so incredibly kind. Quick, easy, and informative. Idk if either are managers or supervisors but their care and attention to detail is what will bring me back despite finding yalls prices a little too steep. Great team at this location. Kind as can be.

Absolute worst experience in 40 years of getting NC Inspections. Inspector said my wipers had dry rotted and would not pass the inspections unless I purchased new blades from them or pay for the inspection and buy them on the outsde and bring the car back another day. When I asked to see the "dry rot" the inspector could nnot find any and changed to say the blades left streaks and curbed my visibility. When I told them I replaced the rubber within the last month, he told me rubber was not sold separately and the entire blade has to be replaced. I even left the store went home and got the packaging the refills came in, brought it back to show him and still no deal. I got my money back and took it to another place and it passed with flying colors. This place tries to upsell and say parts need to be replaced just o pad their bill. I would not trust anything that is said, always ask to be shown the part needing replacing. Just more of the same from these quick lube places, shady, very shady!

Took my truck here for an oil change. They were trying to get my skid plate on for 15 minutes and I asked if it was all ok. They told me that it was on and good to go. I pulled over and the bolts are sticking out over 1 inch. Don’t take your vehicle here.
