Fast, easy, and didn't feel like anyone was upselling me at all. They did inform me of necessary services I was unaware needed to be addressed and didn't make me feel bad for declining for now, and will be back for those additional services soon for sure because of that! 😊 It was a great first time experience! I received an oil change and was told that they topped my fluids but lo and behold I was on the side of the road 2 weeks later from my truck running hot. There was no antifreeze in my truck. There also wasn’t any leaks just a dishonest crew who lied about topping off my fluids which could have cost me my only transportation.. I will never return to this location!!!!

The shop is very clean and the service is super fast. Like most auto shops they will try to get you do more than you went in for but what they try to upsell is necessary anyway

Didnt get my oil changed there. Buty car was showing maintenance problem wil the oil filter. I stopped at this Vqlvoline Instant Oil Change place and explained to them my sitiationm Thebteo gentlemen there chaced my oil and reset my car. Very professional and courteous people. I will definitely get my next oil changed there from now on.

I went in for a synthetic oil change, tire rotation, wiper blades replacement and a/c service. Everything went well until I was told that they couldn’t do the a/c service because my compressor needed to be repaired or replaced. I went online to look at prices for an a/c compressor and it’s $600-700! I took my car to a mechanic that I trust, and he said that nothing was wrong with the compressor. What else had Valvoline lied to me about?! Will never go there again!

First time there and my experience was wonderful. The young man that facilitated the service was Damte and he was a pleasure. Service was great, he was personable, professional, and welcoming. This is definately my new oil change spot. Price point was also reasonable.

I visited this location for an oil change for my 2019 Ford Edge. I typically go to the dealer down the street but they had too many customers. I had a positive experience at a different location with an older vehicle so assumed I would have no issue. During the oil change, just from looking under the hood I was told I needed a transmission fluid service and steering wheel fluid change. I even received an email afterward suggesting the services. I declined and said I would take it to the dealer. Today, I found out from thr dealer that there is no dipstick for the transmission fluid and this type of engine does not need steering wheel fluid service. I wonder how many others this location has taken advantage of? I will not be returning and do not recommend this location.
