Wasted 30 minutes sitting in line to just have to leave without work done because they used all three lanes for more than oil changes, why not leave atleast one for ONLY oil changes, that would make more sense.

Dasheem, Arthur, and Michael made this experience fun and enjoyable. They were friendly yet efficient and professional. They kept me aware of what was going on, and offered additional suggestions on what my car needed without being pushy. I’ll get those services next time I’m in.

They couldn’t check my air cabin filter. They couldn’t check my hybrid Ford fusion transmission. They didn’t put air in my tire.

tldr: JOSHUA forgot to put my skid plate on and had me wait in line for 30 additional minutes to fix it. Won’t be back. Mistakes happen, that I can understand. How you react to those mistakes tells me the most about an employee. Joshua lost two customers for this location today. After spending 30 minutes in line and in the bay, Joshua haphazardly closed my hood (not all the way) and motioned me to pull thru. I stopped after getting out after being alerted my hood wasn’t closed - good thing I did because that hadn’t put my skid plate back on. Josh came running after us and told us to pull back around and they’d get it fixed. But rather than pulling us back in a bay, he had us waiting in the back of the line. He gave us attitude and basically dismissed us and walked inside. He gave us a nod and said “yall good?” after about 10 minutes of waiting and didn’t wait for an actual response from us. For 30 minutes, we waited again, so that they could fix their mistake. Arthur and Aliyah were amazing, but Josh needs a new job that doesn’t require customer service.

I waited 45 minutes before I pulled away. I didn’t even make it in the car port. I could’ve done 3 oil changes myself in that time frame. You can’t advertise fast and be super slow. I saw your worker take his lunch, get his food and eat it. My car didn’t move lol but I later went to a different location and they got me right so I will be adding two extra stars. For a total of 3 out of 5.

The technicians took their time making sure I found the best deal on an engine air filter as they were out of stock and installed it with no additional fee to my visit. As a college student this goes a long way. I'll be returning for quick service and helpful staff.

I tried to use a coupon on an oil change and they told me my Fiat needed special (ie: expensive) European oil that would not qualify for the coupon. The man who was responsible for coordinating my oil change at this Valvoline also said several off-putting things to me and then, while I was stuck in my car getting my tires rotated and couldn't go anywhere, asked me if I would like to go on a date with him. This was extremely off putting as I had just given him all of my information, including where I lived, as needed for the service. After I drove away I tried to call the front desk to report him to another supervisor. They handed the phone directly to this man even after I asked them not to hand the phone to him. Terrible experience and I will never go again. Please tell your staff to never hit on a customer, especially a woman who physically can't leave the situation. Since then, I have had incredible experiences with All Good Automotive II on Semmes and learned that my car does not in fact need special oil.... and it is half of the cost, without a coupon! :-)

I visited Valvoline on a Sunday afternoon, expecting only 1 or 2 bays to be open. They had all 3 bays open, and plenty of workers around assisting. When they say 15 minutes, they mean it.

Fast and reliable service as always. I’ve been coming here for years and they always do a great job and have super friendly workers who are always very nice and transparent about what they are doing and what services are needed. I know very little about cars but I trust the people at this location to be honest and provide the best possible service.

Although I did not actually get services done here, my car broke down right outside and they helped me diagnose the problem and gave me several solutions as well as offering to drive me back to work. Very good people, they will help all they can!

I had some codes pop up and my vehicle was not driveable the day after a tire rotation and oil change at this location. I suspected that it may have to do with the service (I don’t believe it did now). The manager, Rod, came to my residence to do an OBD scan on my car, and was able to partially diagnose the issue. He also offered to reimburse me for repairs if it was discovered later that the service was the cause of the codes. I am very appreciative of the customer service at this location.
