Horrible customer service, waited over an hour and they didn’t even tell me the amount they were going to charge they just took my card and charged it. Honestly so disappointing because I’ve been before and never had this issue. They need to be more aware. They acted like I didn’t exist

I paid for MaxLife Oil $79.99-$16.99 coupon.l know new oil have a amber appearance. The oil pumped in my car from the machine hose was very dark! I drive a 2023 Nissan Kick this is my second oil change why does sticker state's I should return about 3,000 miles later! I want my money back!

I appreciate the oil change , it was a little overpriced. I did not appreciate the technician telling me I had a large crack in my oil pan. Which made me concerned but confused at the same time because I never noticed an oil leak from the car. I did not have a crack in my oil pan. Maybe they mistaken my vehicle for another.

It is December 29 came here to get an inspection they say they open at 8 o’clock, but it is 8:35 And they still have not open the doors and they are just walking around inside not sure what kind of business this is but if it is Valvoline oil change, something is not right

For a location with three bays and a minimal amount of cars, the wait was about 45-60 min. Once I was directed into the bay, I was checked in, then left sitting in my car for another 5 min before anyone came over to talk to me. I wasn’t given a choice for oil, no status of my air filter, and wasn’t told what was being put into my car. Also, I came in with a low tire pressure in three of my tires (3@30psi 1@31) and when I left, my car was showing the same pressures even though the invoice states that my tire pressure was checked and deemed OKAY.

I would give this place no stars if I could. I sat behind a black Toyota tundra for 2 hours. Granted it was a busy day but I was next in line. Nobody came out to let me know it would take a while or anything of that nature. The two lines next to me were moving steadily but I couldn’t move to one of them because they had cars in them. Terrible service. Nobody apologized for the wait or anything.

The WORST Valvoline in the area. The don’t put in the right oil if you don’t buy there add on sometime depending on person. Now I got to get another oil change. A lot of immature people who think a job is a night club. Don’t put right air in tire and I ask them to change my address and I get a flyer today. Stay far away from this amateur hour they have little professionalism.

I needed an inspection for my car, and they did it quickly, and efficiently. All of them were professional and friendly. I would recommend everyone to visit them. :) I was impressed.

Went in for an inspection and it was super painless. Took 15 minutes for a drive-up when over a dozen other shops around Rochester were booked out for weeks.

The Valvoline tech didn't know that the drain plug for my transmission was a 2 piece plug and said there was no fluid in the transmission. Once a second tech figured it out. They filled the transmission for an 8 speed with Automatic fluid instead of OW1. SPEND $140 and ended up the next day going to the dealer for the OW1. When I questioned the automatic fluid the tech showed me a computer screen that read Automatic Fluid for an 8 speed transmission which was wrong. Eventually he called the manager who also told me that the automatic fluid was correct. I was hood winked so I learned my lesson. If you go for an engine oil change at Valvoline don't let them sell you any other services.
