Went in on a whim to change license plate lights. Took me right in. Done in 5 minutes. Courteous and personable manager and writer. Would reccomend highly.

Absolutely amazing service. They saw I had 2 small kids in the back and told me they would rush me through to help the kids! In and out in 10 minutes. Amazing!

Sunday morning oil change and filter change. 2 hours later after driving the car, it wouldn't start. Called roadside service thinking it was the battery and spent $230 to replace it only to find out the oil was double filled and never drained but more oil just added. The car was jerking and clunking and had a burning smell. We took the car back to Valvoline and they changed the oil and gave me my money back. They refused to agree to pay for me to have a mechanic do a diagnostic on it to see how much damage was caused by their negligence. We were told the person changing my oil was a newbie. So now I'm out the money spent on the battery, the hours we wasted sitting for roadside assistance, and now a diagnostic we have to pay for!!! Who knows what damage was caused to my engine from this??? Terribly disappointed! UPDATE: NOW A LIGHT IS ON MY DASHBOARD!

The techs went right to work on my truck and before I knew it I was paying my bill. Fluids were topped off and tires properly inflated!

Came in for an oil change at 4pm and was the 4th person in line. Two cars came in after me to get the same work done and were helped before me. Shop made me wait a total of 53min before I was even helped by someone at the computer. The website said it would be a 15 minute wait. Just go to a different location

Excellent, very clean and presentable location. Staff is excellent. Friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. I’ve moved a lot in the last few years, I use valvoline a lot. This is by far the best location I’ve been too. I brought my wife’s car, and my truck to this location and will be again.
