Got my oil changed here, the staff was very professional and thorough. To be honest I'm not looking for a super fast oil change, I'm looking for the job to be done correctly. Everyone here worked as a team and more efficient than any lube spot I've been too. Checked all fluids and filters etc. I'll only be bringing my car here unless I move, and even then it may be worth the drive.

Lou and his team are always full of great energy and communicate really well. Fast and comfortable service every time. They walk me through every step and they make suggestions on what I need, leaving the choices up to me. They take my filters out right in front of me and show me directly so I can make the choice to change them or not. LOVE this location very much. Happy new years team, thanks for the hard work.

I have been to Valvoline for oil change and additional maintenance few times, but went to this location for the first time (I was routed from another location) to replace a headlamp. The manager, Lowe, happened to be there when I arrived and he not only took care of the replacement right away, he went above and beyond to check everything once again and found one small lamp on the left side not working and replaced it and not just that he found a break light not working and replaced that too free of cost as courtesy just because I drove to their location and the previous location did not catch it, this is exceptional service, sure made me feel lucky to have been directed to this location. And the rest of the staff were very friendly too. A big thanks to them.

The staff at Valvoline is very friendly and efficient. They do a quick service and also make sure that everything in your vehicle works properly. Moreover, the staff would make suggestions if there is something the car needs to get fixed.

Update: Took my other car in and received same stellar service and expertise. So happy that Valvoline took over the old Jiffy Lube spot. My car was serviced by two well-qualified, young women. Quick and easy. Didn't even have to get out of my car. Will definitely return.

Great shop! You can expect great service from the honest staff. The manager is super cool, and will make sure your vehicle gets the best care. I don't live here, but I'll be sure to come by this shop if I need an oil change and I'm in the area.

It was my first time visiting a Valvoline and a drive thru oil change. The employees were friendly, professional and helpful in explaining every detail. They ran an inspection check and informed me of additional maintenance my car was due for, very helpful. I highly recommend Valvoline.

This is a late review. I was here around the end of April with my 05 crv and decided to get an oil change because I saw all the grand opening banners. I've had my oil changed numerous times before and never had an oil leak. While I was here, I believe the crew working on my car must have over torqued the oil plug while trying to remove it. Why I think this, is because I heard a strange loud click sound underneath me and soon after that I heard banging sounds of a hammer or something. Then someone comes up from under and says they're trying to get the oil plug off and that, "whoever did the oil before over tightened the plug causing it to strip". If that was the case, I would have noticed an oil leak a long time ago. With my previous oil changes, the plug was never over tightened because I usually have it done by a regular mechanic who was out of town at the time. I believe this crew at vavoline were the ones who stripped the plug. The way they remedied the problem was to use a butterfly style oil plug. But now if I want to use a regular oil plug, I was told by a mechanic that I'd have to replace my entire oil pan. So that's an added expense on my end and inconvenient. Plus, this particular incident had me there for about 45 minutes to almost an hour rather than then the advertised 15 minute oil change.

I came here for an oil change. I must say the crew was very friendly and informative. Give them a raise and take good care of them. This was my first time at valvoline. I Loved the fact that they do everything while you are in the car. You never need to leave your car.

You stay in your car while they work on it!! I was only one there in the morning barely took 10 minutes if even that. They go over extras you may need and open stuff up right in front of you so you know for sure they’re not pulling anything on you. Everyone on staff was so friendly (special shoutout to Evelyn!) Will be coming back for sure

Go in for oil change and tire rotation 45min goes by they say they can’t rotate my tires for some reason. 10min away realize they didn’t give me back my locking lug back. Won’t be returning

This group was the model of efficiency! The manager was professional, polite, and quick. The staff was great. The whole oil change and overall check of car including replacing air filters took less than 20 minutes. I have never had such a great experience getting my car serviced. Valvoline and this group are top notch, absolutely the best! I'll be going here for now on.

Oil change was in and out with great customer service. The manager was on hand and was really good about helping me get situated with their process. The person in charge of handling my service was super professional and polite. She wasn’t pushy or trying to upsell. I appreciate that a lot. It was old school customer service and made me feel like they truly valued their customers. They do everything while your in the car and politely asks you for permission to proceed with services. A plus through and through.
