I had an issue with removing my oil filter that was installed too tightly by the dealership, the manager at Valvoline said to bring my truck in and that they would attempt to remove it at no cost. I brought my truck over they attempted to and they informed me they were not able to because someone had installed it too tightly., and recommended I take it to Toyota for them to fix since they had installed the oil filter. I would definitely recommend this place to others. The manager and service technicians were very nice very professional. The shop was very, very clean.

This was my first time getting an oil change and I was a bit confused on how it all worked. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely go again! It was so fast I didn’t realize my oil had gotten changed.

I dropped by Valvoline Instant Oil Change for the second time after purchasing a Groupon for a friend's vehicle. Purchasing the Groupon was simple, and it's easy to redeem. There's no need to print it out. They can easily redeem it with the voucher code created by Groupon. I had a very brief wait before pulling in for service. The employees and manager were friendly and polite. You sit in your car, so be cognizant of that on hot days, especially if you have your animals or children with it. Unlike other places that nearly fully service the vehicle from below, they extract your old oil out from the top of the car with a vacuum like device. It's efficient and quick, and I haven't noticed any downfalls to this method. I opted for their full synthetic oil change both times, and I've been satisfied with the quality of service received. The cold bottle of water at most other places is a nice touch, but I'm okay with their no frills service. Every car is different, so I paid a bit more for my SUV out of pocket after redeeming my Groupon as expected since it takes considerably more oil. Today's visit was under $8 out the door for whatever fees aren't included in the Groupon price. Their ordinary pricing is fair, and I'll definitely be back.

The employees are awesome!! They helped with a bit more discount and even went beyond to see if they have anymore stickers for my kids. We didn't wait long for the oil change to be done! Great service great employees!! Definitely coming back!

Do not go here at any cost. I came in thinking it was going to be quick and easy. It took almost an hour to change my oil after pulling into the bay. When I asked when they'll check the tire pressure, one of the worker said they've already checked it. I was sitting in the car the entire time and saw that he did not. After the oil was finally changed, I come to find out that the oil pressure is now reading high. They said it was addressed but after getting home and checking the oil level myself, it is still reading high. I've called to talk to a manager but little to nothing was done to resolve this matter. I am currently waiting for a call from the area manager.

It was GREAT service! Fast,stayed in car,the employees communicate well and explain everything and also let you know any recommendations that your vehicle needs or might need soon. Did I mention wonderful women working here 👌 I'm sure there's men working here too but we were helped by women. WOOOOO HOOOO!!!! 💪

Whoever decided to hire nothing but young woman needs to be fired immediately! They had no idea what they were doing. Ridiculous just left to another Valvoline with actual adults not young girls who are barely 21 and have never worked on a car.she claimed “over sized drain plug. “ wth does that even mean. “That she might not be able to put it back in and then I’ll have to tow it and it’ won’t be there fault” how does any of that even make sense. Bro it’s. A 2001 s-10 . That’s how the drain plugs are. It’s not a baby plastic drain plug like modern cars. There claiming “major oil leak” hahah it’s a 2001 with 113k miles. There’s going to be some oil down there. Ain’t no major leak!!! Or else it’d be less oil and there’s not stays the same ! I check it!
