Called Valvoline and explained I needed a fuel filter replaced. Gave my vehicle info. The rep spoke with manager at the store and said they could do it and had a fuel filter in stock. I get to store and am told “we usually don’t do these ones”. I told them I just called and he said “nobody called me”. But then later says “oh you’re the one they asked about”. I kept saying I called ahead. The person asked me if I had my own and I said yes. They came back and told me they have one in stock, and either way would be charged the $99 fee. I said “yes that is exactly what the person on the phone told me”. Response was “yeah i usually tell customers to press 9, that was a customer service agent and they don’t know anything”. How is any customer supposed to know all that? Each time he came back he said EXACTLY what the customer service rep said. The customer service reps and store reps need to get their communication together so it doesn’t impact customers. I would’ve driven somewhere else had I not been told they have the capability and parts on hand. This was the most ridiculous conversation I’ve had with a service tech.

This place has no concept of First Come First serve at all. Waited for 90 minutes and vehicles kept coming and going but no one would guide me to the other lane as i am blocked on both sides. I asked one of the staff and he was sorry but no one was tracking which vehicle got there first. I was disappointed so I left for a better place that valued my time.

Went here for my yearly safety inspection. Was in and out in no time! Even put a little coolant in and checked my battery at no cost!

Even though they were busy the line moved quick. Ask the staff was super friendly and very informative of what they were doing to my car. I normally service my own vehicles, but was in a time crunch and these guys and gals came through clutch at this location.

Just a mom trying to get an oil change with a toddler. My husband really thought highly of this place so much that he felt comfortable sending me to get my oil change. I've had my car jacked up in the past by a mechanic shop. Unfortunately, the customer service here was awful. I was told 30minutes (3 vehicles ahead). Everything was moving along. Until the truck in front of me had some sort of issue. I was there for a total of 1hr 24minutes. They not once came to my car to just give me a heads up, I was trapped in front of multiple cars. Every time I tried to flag someone down they avoided eye contact (makes me chuckle, bc we both know what's happening. ) I'm not a Karen. I just wanted to know a time frame. Knowing my 3yo is gonna need to use the restroom or have a meltdown. I like to be prepared for those things. Anyways finally after having to push the truck out of the bay, they took care of my car. But they said nothing, gave me my paper, no Apology for the wait, but instead told me my oil change only took 8 minutes! 🤦‍♀️ his name was Keola. Lol my guy, come on now. The young boy, didn't catch his name, quickly said thanks for your patience. But I'm sure it was bc I was like "for real? " If feels like they took their frustrations out on me, and sent me on my way. Everyone has a bad day, I suppose they could've just handled things much better. I hope my oil change was done correctly....and am left wondering 🤔 what the heck happened to that truck? Lol

So I wait 45 minutes pull into the bay and then Valvoline tells me they ran out of full synthetic oil. How are you Valvoline and you run out of full synthetic oil? I blame that I'm poor management and probably inventory management. Do better.

They said it is a 10 minute oil change and there were 2 cars in front of me. I was there for an hour and a half. You do the math.

This is my third visit to a VIOC with a different vehicle every time. This visit was more of the friendly professional same! They have never tried to over sell me and are very honest when specific maintenance is due or if everything looks clean and can wait for the next oil change or two down the road. I appreciate the ease of going to VIOC and never feeling pressured.
