Guys working this station on Babcock road in San Antonio were friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, worked as a team, provided recommendations for what was needed that day and what the record show were services recommended for upcoming. They gave honest recommendations which helped me select the services for that day. I will go back for the services recommended in near future.

This is a great location it's always crowded and usually a little waiting time to be served because everyone is professional and knows what they are doing.

Awesome customer service very helpful, quick, patient, and friendly! I had never gotten my inspection done on my own and was very flustered not being able to pull my insurance card up on my app. I ended up having to come back after work bc i was on my lunch break, but Jon was very understanding and kind and patient with me! He helped me out after work as well and despite the insane amount of people that were getting inspections and oil changes he and the other staff were very professional, quick, and in tune! Will definitely be returning to this location! Thanks Jon!

We've used this Valvoline location (on Babcock near Huebner in San Antonio) for oil changes and state inspections for several years. The service is always fast and friendly, and we like that it's been the same manager all along.

A lady mechanic was running the show!! I love that!! She helped and rechecked all was complete. The male mechanics were determined to get my battery switched out. I love that too. Thank you very much!

Harlen and Robert were amazing this morning. I have never gone to any other company to get my oil changed because Valvoline has taken care of all of my oil changes since I bought my car. I am always taken care of quickly and efficiently so I would recommend this location to anyone out there!!!! Thank you for great customer service Robert.

I normally am not a fan of getting my oil change because it always feels overwhelming and I am always being thrown many up charge options. Richard, however, was fantastic and understood when to ease back and not overwhelm me with the many things wrong with my car that I was unaware of. He gave me options and reminded me not to wait so long on getting my car checked out. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be back because of Richard.

This Valvoline location is awesome! Assistant manager Richard saved the day before a long road trip and did a standup job providing a detailed portfolio in regards to my vehicles history from date of purchase as well as let me know exactly what needs to be done to keep my baby running. Would not go to any other place to get my oil change ever again as long as Richard is working highly recommend this establishment and technician Richard.

Excellent and fast. It looked like I needed my high beam light bulb replaced (additional 25 dollars) when they went in to change it they noticed a wire was disconnected. And didn't charge me for fixing it. Best customer service.
