The team was very quick and efficient. They did not try to pressure anything on me that I did not want. I let them know I was their for an oil change only and thay was exactly what they did. Awesome job by the whole team.

Went for inspection after going to another place that told me system was down and info.would not go on computer with state for about 6 hours. Went here and inspection was done within 20 min.of arrival. Was told system would not let them print but that I could take pic of screen with the pertinent info. Went down street to Title Express and waited in line for 15 minutes. Afterwards I was called to counter and info.was taken from my photo and it was verified by computer and my renewal completed thanks to the effort put forth.

Needed a car battery check (car giving me a battery low message) and was received with a great attitude and quick check. Happily left after finding car battery was okay. Upon research found that the alert was for the REMOTE (Ford calls it a 'key' to my car). $11 dollars later and all is well; my car is 6 years old and that battery had never been changed -- money well spent! Message was: KEY BATTERY LOW REPLACE SOON
