The team was very friendly, excited to serve my needs, and efficient. They also informed of the vehicles needs (battery) consist with precious information they presented last time. I didn’t feel as thought they were trying to oversell but instead informative and necessary.

Went to get oil change. Sloppy work. Took a while to get in but then they started to fill the car before closing the drain so it took a while longer. When they changed the oil filter they didn’t spray off the engine from the mess of the oil going down the front and it’s left a puddle in my garage. Oil filter is sealed this was from changing it. Also no printed receipt. Tried pushing for other services too.

My first oil change with them yesterday and the entire Team was amazing! Wonderful communication, extremely thorough, highly professional, and customer-focused. They will have my business from now on. In July 2024, I went to them for my yearly inspection and experienced the same WOW!!!ness factors. Keep up the terrific work Team Bitters Road Valvoline! Service was good And quick but I did the survey to receive a 20% coupon and it was not sent to me so maybe someone could remedy that Ok went back 2 days ago...guy was rude and prices nearly doubled!!! 👋 👋 👋 👋 Bye-bye Valvoline!!!! Oh and never got that coupon for 20%off......

DO NOT GO HERE. I’ve had issues before at other oil places and THOUGHT take 5 would be different. After negligence on their part they still refused to do the decent and right thing. I went for an oil change as one does, and my skid plate falls off my car due to the technician not reattaching it completely. Changing oil is not that hard, nor is doing the right thing. I went in person multiple times with no response, was on the phone with the store & corporate with NO corporation. here’s the deal, If YOUR employees are lazy enough to NOT secure my skid plate properly (literally 5 little bolts) how can you trust them to care about your vehicle? you can’t. i asked them to replace my skid plate which was their fault and got the run around. after 3 months of a trying to talk with them they said i needed a diagnostic of vehicle? FOR WHAT?? My husband and I have explained to the claims department multiple times that there is no diagnostic to be done since there is no check engine light on or damage to my vehicle besides the missing skid plate. do they just not want to do the right thing? 0/10 will never recommend them to anyone. not only do they do a very poor job, they handle situations even worse. I am an extremely loyal customer and i can’t believe they would rather lose a customer who spends more than $40 every time i come in instead of buying and replacing said $40 part. unacceptable.

Techs who worked on my vehicle were all very courteous & easy to work with. Communication regarding the process was provided throughout the visit. I had concerns about the type of filter and parts needed for my specific vehicle & assured it was addressed.

Went in for an oil change. They were really nice and didn't make me feel stupid for not knowing the answer to some of the questions they asked about my pickup. They told me all prices up front. Definitely coming back.

REAL CUSTOMER: This place is a low level scam. I went to get an inspection for my sticker and they told me my windshield wiper was torn so they couldn't approve. I had to buy an overpriced, low quality wiper from them to get them to move. Never again. Go somewhere else if you care about your money

I have NEVER had a bad experience at Bitters/West location. Call it luck if you want to but I assure you there is something set apart here without a doubt! Brian, Sonny, Neff, Aldair, Kevin and Aaron, the team of professionals make you feel welcome, are highly knowledgeable, they give you a sense of confidence that your vehicle is in good hands. Can't thank them enough.

I was so worried to get my front & rear differential fluid change because of the type of vehicle I have, but Brian and Arnold were so helpful and triple checked everything and spoke to me during the fluid change. Thankful for their kindness and understanding 🙂

This Valvoline is the best one I’ve been to. They’re all great but the customer service was above all of them in checking in immediately and serving with great attention to my vehicle and the needs I had. Grateful!

This is where my whole family comes for oil changes. Every time I come to this Valvoline, I receive great service! They have multiple bays, so even when they're busy, they service each vehicle quickly and efficiently. They're never pushy about filters or wiper blades. They will politely offer to service what needs attention (I had 2 lights out). They are honest about it, and the price is fair (I had them replace 1 light, the other was a fog light. It can wait).
