They should have done it right the first time! The very next day my mechanic said that both the plug and the oil filter were leaking. This made me have to take my car back a second time. They then lied to me and tried to tell me that they had not drained the oil but evacuated it. I sat in the car while they changed the oil. I knew they drained it. The plug gasket had a crack in it.

Been here several times and the personnel are always upbeat and generous with coupons and genuine concern for your services. However, this time I was very disappointed. I'm not getting the full amount of oil i pay $100 for, because I have to take my car in every 3 months. Also, I asked if one of the boys could replace my light bulb, which I provided, but they wanted to charge me labor!? I swear customer service has gone to the wolves; I'd rather buy my parts & get someone in the neighborhood to change my oil!

I received two discount coupons from Valvoline through email. One was for a gear oil change and one for motor oil change. I went to the Culebra location on October 19th. To my dismay, they didn't have gear oil, and they told me to bring my own oil. Really? I bought the gear oil from Walmart. Glan informed me that Walmart gear oil was not acceptable and that he would not put it in. I told him that I had received an email for a discounted oil and gear oil change and that is why I came. He told me that he did not care and that the emails were not from his shop, but from corporate and that he would not be giving me a discount. I have been coming to this location for over 10 years, but thanks to Glan and his extreme incompetence and disrespect, and more importantly, his refusal to honor my valid discounts from Valvoline, I will not be returning. I am very disappointed by Glan and his unprofessionalism. Valvoline, when you had adults working there, it was a pleasant experience. Now, that you are having teenagers run your store, it is an unpleasant experience. Do better, Valvoline. Don't disrepect adults, Glan.

I'm so glad I stopped here today! After doing my last two oil changes in the driveway because of a bad experience with WaWa servicing, I didn't want to spend another afternoon changing oil. These guys saved me a ton of money and time, and even fixed an annoying metal-on-metal rattle I've had for two years—for free! Two thumbs up to the team over there. 👍👍

This was my second time getting an oil change with them since getting a car this year, and they did amazing. The staff was extremely friendly and was quick. My only “complaint” is that they took a air filter out my car to check it, and didn’t put it back right, so my car ended up making a weird noise when I turn my ac up.

When getting an oil change they did not put the gasket back on properly and oil spilled all over the engine ultimately screwing up other components inside my car.

Gian was very informative and helped me with the usual oil change, air cabin filter change, and recommended I do a radiator fluid replacement. He communicated throughout the process and kept us informed. Very thankful for your teams service here! Will definitely come back to this location!

I visited Valvoline on Culebra for a vehicle inspection (they charge $7) on a Saturday morning. The technicians were professional, courteous, efficient, and worked well as a team. Diego, John, Andrew and Jesse, did a great job. I highly recommend this location.

Oil change was quick. Only reason I don’t give them 5 stars is, they leave everything dirty. Oil fingers on my door, hood, engine bay. Change gloves when working on a customers car maybe? Wipe the spilled oil.

Price is way too high. $139+ after tax. They would honor a measly $10 coupon just because I wanted full synthetic and not conventional. You would think they could have spared $10 to keep a customer.

They always provide great, fast service. I needed an oil change, and they got it done in no time. I had an issue with my headlight, which they couldn't fix, but they recommended a shop down the street that fixed it and kept me out of the dealership, which made me happy. Appreciate the service.

Wouldve been a 5 star but the guy in bay 1 didn't remove something metal so the guy who was trying to guide me in didn't see it and it made me hit my car pipe that another complaint is he suggesting me to get extra stuff my car doesn't need I just came for an oil change for my 2021 mustang everything's new so don't need anything replaced atm very disappointed im not coming back to this valoline too many amateurs not even people who know what their doing .
