Service was prompt, I know when I go it's going to be quick. Checking the rest of my (old) car over over also gives me peace of mind and lets me know if I might have bigger problems I need to fix.

In and out super easy. Came in around 9am was out in 15 mins Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I loved that they didn't push on any extra items that were not needed. They did all points inspection and tires. Definitely coming back. Was able to use 15% off coupon for Fall promotion. Theres 20% off this friday as well 11.22.24 Check your email! yay!

The technician that helped me was great with setting expectations and telling me what the process would be like. The Oil change was pretty straight forward and completed quickly. It was great that the location had a fuel filter in stock and were able to service the vehicle. They offered some other services that I declined and I was on my way.

Newer Car!!! The unsupervised and unskilled employee "Spilled" oil all over my engine, then tried to use Windex and water to clean. What a joke. I still have smoke and burned oil smell. My recommendation; Do Not Go to the Carmel Mountain location.

I did an oil change here in July. A few days after the service the oil started leaking though the oil drain plug. Maybe they didn't replace the old gasket or they didn't install it properly. In any case i had to do the service again to get it fixed. Also, they said that the manufacturer of my car recommends a transmission oil service at 70k miles, but that service interval is 100k miles.

Tried giving this location benefit of the doubt and put any blame on the vehicle. It seems that every time I get an oil change at this location something goes wrong. Their services have resulted in thousands of dollars in repairs - whether it’s repairing oil hoses, power steering, electrical, etc.; whenever they touch our vehicle, something goes wrong. We recently (9/16/24) inquired about a battery replacement where they said everything is fine (70% life remaining). My wife and I are now broken down waiting for a tow service for more repairs. If you’re taking your vehicle at this location for anything, proceed with caution.

Stoped by to get oil change today. Got help by Anthony, he was supper nice and helpful. He also gave me good recommendations for my upcoming long distance trip. Highly recommend, definitely come back!

Stopped in for an oil change this morning and was parked and left alone. Not a “Hi” or “Hey we will be right with you”. I left as I sat there for 15mins waiting to even be acknowledged. Won’t come here again.

Avoid this place. Technically they are not capable. For a simple oil change, they forgot to put the check fluid dip tick back to the car.

Great place for an oil change. Quick, courteous and professional. It is a little pricey but I need new oil so I don't have a lot of choices. I was able to get in and out in less than 15 minutes.

Do not go to this branch. They are not trust worthy and refuse to take responsibilities for their actions. Specifically, I went for basic oil change and they failed to properly re-install the front skid plate. While I was driving on the highway latter, I heard strong banging sound that forced me to pull over narrow highway shoulder to check. I found that the skid plate was hanging down. All the way back, the skid plate kept hitting the road and it got some damage. When I went back to the same Valvoline location, they took the car to check and came back to say there was nothing wrong. So apparently they were lying about it, they fixed it and denied there was something wrong. Then I asked them to uninstall because I lost trust in them. When I got the skid plate, there were clear signs of damage caused by improper installation and scraping over the road. Such loose skid plate could have caused a major accident on the highway if it completely fell off. They refused to offer any compensation for the damaged plate and kept arguing that there was nothing wrong with it.

They are unprofessional. even they didn't know how to screw German auto make splash guard. Splash guard was came off at 50mph on highway15 right after oil change and I found engine oil leaking from oil filter and oil level was low. I ended up buying Uber to pick up my child. worst experience ever!
