Team members were wonderful but they removed the oil in my vehicle before making sure they had the right kind to replace it. We ended up waiting here for almost 2-2.5 hours and when I asked for some sort of discount for the trouble the best they could do was worse than their normal coupons. It was a horrible experience made slightly better by pleasant staff.

waited in line for 45 minutes. they had thee lanes open, but in that time they only processed one car. i ran out of time and had to leave. budget your time accordingly!

I went for an oil change and they forgot to add the coupon that I had so now I have to wait for 5 days for the coupon amount to refund back to me. And that was ok. But I also did a tire rotation, and I drove home right after. Next morning I found I had a flat tire… l’m not gonna go back for anything that’s for sure Their reply seemed nice but they never relied my email and customer service always just asked me to wait

The women who work here are a huge value. They seem to motivate the team and keep things moving with kindness and assertiveness. I was happy to see the male team members sharing respect with them.

My attendant was super friendly and very knowledgeable! He answered all my questions while giving me a lesson on my car! Totally worth the price, the wait and the service. I will be returning on my next change!

Great staff! Everyone was friendly. Went for an oil change and was offered more services but they were not pushy about it. Gave detailed explanations of everything they recommend. There was a lady there that was so nice and helped explain everything! It was really refreshing talking to a woman lol. I will definitely be back for another oil change down the line!

Just got my oil changed here, I needed new wiper blades and apparently a new rear break light, all things I was happy to pay for and have taken care of. What I wasn't ok with was the sudden change in my headlight health, It magically went out and needed to be replaced as well after they had already told me it was fine. I told them I would replace it (after they found out they didn't have my headlights in stock) and went on my way. I then spent the drive home, staring at two working headlights in the cars in front of me wondering if the sleazy sales tactics were added on after the technician realized I was gay, or if he had just not realized how stupid it was to pull a trick on an overcast day when the customer will be using the headlights anyway. For reference the headlights are 7 months old, they aren't flickering or having issues, I had been pegged as an easy mark and the technicians saw an opening for an unnecessary upsell/replacement. Disgusting.

Phone manners: 10/10 Customers' first point of contact is often via phone. Whoever tended calls on 7/6 at 10:15am was superb. Definitely did not expect this level of professionalim from an oil change place. Can't wait to come next week for the oil change.

They run a very tight ship. The communication and customer service was extremely next level. The manager went over and beyond to work with me. She did her the best to match the price of my last oil change. I love the fact the manager is a Woman. ⚡️🙌🙌🙌
