I am highly satisfied with my service experience at Valvoline. The service technicians there are always polite and professional with me. The service Techs are very accommodating, answering any questions I have about services that my vehicle may need. The team at Valvoline perform their tasks in a very thorough and efficient manner getting all my vehicle service needs completed in a pretty short amount of time. I have recommended Valvoline to many of my friends and coworkers because the team there always does great work. I'll definitely back for service on my vehicles. Thank you.

Sat in line for over an hour and a half while they were working on 1 vehicle for that entire time! 15 minute oil change my ass. Decided to take my vehicle and money to Luxury AutoMall. They were done in 15 minutes. Don’t waste your money or time at this business. This was my first and last time ever going to Valvoline.

They say about 15 minutes, be prepared to sit for around 2 hours. The manager Jacob is an incompetent loser. I was promised a future free oil change due to negligence on their part. Then they denied to give me a refund or discount. An employee no called no showed for a shift and I sat in the terminal for over an hour and a half, just for them to forget to put my oil cap on and oil spilled on the engine, causing it to smoke. I would not recommend them. I'm very unhappy with my experience. Not to mention they can never put your milage in their system correctly.

CSR: Joeseph, Topside: Dylan & Jacob, Bottom side: Vincent at the 41st street store in Sioux falls, SD, CC3901 Store. They went above and beyond. I came in for a regular oil change and when they popped the hood my top radiator connector to the hose broke (im not 100% sure the part but this is the general thing). I for sure thought it was going to be extremely expensive, and I was worried how I would pay for it. They assessed the situation very calmly and diagnosed it. They were able to find a replacement part for it and got it done quick / professional. The whole time they explained what they were replacing and how they did it. They were very precise with the steps they took to ensure that they did it in the correct manner. All while doing this they had to balance two other lanes doing oil changes and didn't miss a beat. When it was all said and done, I'm glad I went to Valvoline.

Staff was knowledgeable and informed me of other vehicle maintenance I wasn't aware of. Along with the importance of that other maintenance my car needs. Offered to order the parts I needed for my car, such as filters.

Waited in line for 1.5 hours as other cars were pulled in ahead of me, as they had a delay in the lane I was in. Disorganized crew and SLOW. It’s disrespectful to waste people’s time. Do not recommend.

41st st valvoline is the only place to go. I have not had a great experience with a different location but this is hands down the best location. Joe the manager is outstanding. Excellent customer service and is 100% engaged with the employess and customers. He makes you feel so welcomed. I definitely recommend this Valvoline location!

It is always stressful getting service while away from home where people know you cannot come back easily, but VOIC takes all that worry away. They always do a great job!

Waited in line for about 30 min on a Saturday but once in the bay, staff were attentive and they seem to be in alignment with each other for QA checks and completing the oil change in good order. Appreciated their checks and communication throughout the process and would come back again!

I haven't gotten service from this location but when I went in to get my oil changed because I thought it had been long enough(even though I knew I wasn't at the mileage yet) the shop manager let me know there wasn't a need to change my oil yet. Basically they were ethical and didn't just take my money when they easily could have. Definitely impressed and will be back when I actually do need the oil changed.
