The worst oil shop in Sioux Falls honestly take 5 and Walmart have better service do not go here if u don’t want ur engine blown up there’s a reason they aren’t even ranked high if u want a good oil shop for ur car with great service to to east 41st valvoline they are amazing and actually care about there customers manager Marcus and crew are excellent and took care of me

My wait was kind of long this trip but the customer service and the quality of their work get 5 stars from me, usually the wait time isn't bad don't know why so long this time. Not going to ding them for one bad trip.

Workers were great with providing information and overall General politeness quick to offer several other services which were not needed at the time great place to go for my oil changes highly recommend to everybody I know, they all try really hard

Sitting in line right now 25 minutes haven’t been greeted. pulled up after someone else had been sitting here, then a third car pulled up and was serviced before myself and the first vehicle I’m from out of town and have never been more dissatisfied with a buisness.

Took forever to get my oil change! They were busy with 3 stalls full stalls(2-3 deep). However, each car in front of me took 30+ minutes. I did set a timer, so this was not an exaggeration. Don't advertise a 15 min oil change, if every car is 30 min or more! So we obviously waited over and hour for our oil change. This was the second valvoline we visited today since the first one was out of our oil/filter.

I am so frustrated. I was asked to move over to a different lane so that the person who was there before me could go because “first come first serve”. I totally understand. Totally fine. After forty mins of waiting I left when they let NOT ONE BUT TWO people who showed up AFTER ME go ahead.

I went in for a routine oil change and my battery decided to give out on me. Mason and his team were amazing and went above to help and get my car running again! I couldn’t be more thankful and appreciative of them! Great place to go highly recommend!

For having a busy morning when I went they still were quick to doing what was needed done (which was an oil change) but still take time to look over all other car basics which is say is nice for those who forget those little things that could add up on the end!!! The guys were also professional when you could tell there was mild frustration with the moments of miscommunication with the crew ( last place I went had harsher tones with swearing )

I went there at 4 pm for an oil change. There was one car waiting in all 3 bay entrances with 2 other cars forming a line behind them. I pulled up 3rd in line. After waiting 20 minutes without any movement in or out of the building, an employee came out and talked to the cars at the bays. I figured it was to explain the long wait but instead of leaving the cars just reorganized to only go through Bay 1 and 3. Still no cars leaving or entering (it's been 30 min by now). After reorganizing I waited another 10 minutes and still no cars leaving or entering. I always come to Valvoline because it takes like 10 minutes (if that) for an oil change. Kinda takes away the convenience with a 30+ minute wait with absolutely no movement. If that's how long it takes for an oil change even if I got in after 30 minutes I would've been stuck in your bays for at least another 30. Maybe it ought to be changed to just "Valvoline In-Our-Own-Time Oil Change" because the only thing that was instant was my regret coming

Went in for an oil change they ended up adding a bunch of air to my tires that was not necessary causing my tires to be overfilled and my car to vibrate on the interstate I will not be going back.
