I am writing to express my concerns regarding Jerry, the manager at your Valvoline location. Unfortunately, my experiences with him have been disappointing due to his lack of professionalism and care. Jerry’s behavior towards customers and employees—both current and former—reflects poorly on the company. His dismissive attitude and lack of engagement create an unwelcoming atmosphere, which undermines the customer experience. Furthermore, his treatment of employees seems inconsistent and unfair, leading to a work environment that feels unsupportive and unmotivating. As a loyal customer (or former employee, if applicable), I expected better from a company like Valvoline, which prides itself on quality and service. I urge you to address this matter promptly to ensure your team operates with the professionalism and care your customers and staff deserve.

This Valvoline has the best people with the best service. Always in and out fast with never any issues. The young lady that I always talk to is absolutely amazing. She knows what I need to get done and takes care of me every time. Will never go anywhere else.

The technician Ashley noticed the window cling on the back of my vehicle. It celebrated the life of my brother. I did not know that Ashley was a good friend of my late brother. Our conversation, while she worked on my vehicle, included memories of my brother, laughter, and a few tears. What was supposed to be a quick oil change became a gift to a sister who was missing her little brother. She didn't have to say anything to me while she worked on my vehicle. She could have noticed the window cling and smiled, but she reached out. For that I will be forever grateful.

I stopped by the Valvoline on Minnesota Ave Oct 29 around 12:45pm. When I arrived I was told by Kole to wait in bay 3’s line. When I arrive there was also a truck waiting in bay 2’s line. After the person in front of me was done getting their vehicle service Kole instructed me that I have to pull out and let the vehicle in bay 2 in front of me. I am not sure why there is a line system because I was up next to get my truck service but I had to move out of the way for another vehicle that was in a different bay to come use the bay I was waiting on. Kole lacks common sense

I was greeted politely and even like they were happy to have me show up. They took care of my need (coolant flush) quickly and informed me on the timeline and what to expect. Plus, they did more inexpensively than I thought.

The guys and gals were super friendly, fast and courteous. Didn't feel the pressures of the up sales, but more of "informative" information that we could, or couldn't do, was up to us. Also a good location for a quick in and out service.

I pulled in thinking I was due for an oil change and they explained how my oil looks great and they didn't feel comfortable charging me to have an oil change done. Shout out to them for not screwing me over for the money 🫶🏻 Very friendly. Will be back

I wish I could give them zero stars because that is what they deserve. They performed an oil change on my son-in-law’s car and caused $10,000 of damage. The manager would not address the situation or even respond. He actually hid from them and would leave when they arrived at the location. From reading other reviews they weren’t the first and won’t be the last. This has been devastating to a young family with a small child. Do not use them!

I'd rate this business a zero if I could.They caused over $10,000 damage to my relatives car. The engine was damaged after an oil change, and they had to pay over $10,000 to get their car repaired. The manager has done everything to avoid them. It has been a very stressful situation for a young family. He has done zero to help resolve this problem. Quite the opposite. You are taking a very costly risk using this business. They do not stand by their work.

These guys took care of me quickly. Ten minutes, and I was in and out for an oil change. Cost was 137.00. No need to book an appointment just drive up.

Staff was friendly! They were all laughing having a good time which is extremely good to see in a business! It was fast! First time ever using. Just next time ask before you start filling up fluids to make sure customer wants it done. I didn’t want my windshield fluid filled but never got a chance to even get the word out or even asked before filled. It’s straight water and now I have to drain all of that! I just put good stuff in that just got watered down. So make sure staff ask before they start doing that! Other wise I would recommend. So far I’m satisfied! Sad to say I’m moving outta state so prolly won’t be back to this location. But so far good job!
